If I could negative stars I would. Called to ask about replacing a part the I know needs to be replaced. Refused to give me a price and said if I was price shopping then they are comparable to other shops. Told me I needed a diagnostic test in order to get the correct answer. Apparently you as a car owner are NOT smart enough to know what is wrong with your own car.
