    Mitchel Davis: Not one to take my car to a shop but now that I’m disabled I don’t have a choice, ac quit working took it in and figured it was going to be a pricey job. Turns out it was a $2 fuse, they checked my fluids and made sure everything was good before leaving. Most places would’ve said it was some big job and got their money because they know I can’t crawl around and inspect but this place is honest and respectable.

    Eduardo N Lopez: In my own experience, I had a very bad experience with the service in this place, I asked José Jr for an estimate, how long it would take to replace an engine and he told me to 1 to 2 weeks, I thought 1 week is fine but 2 is already a long time, And he said, but you just have to look for the engine, and then I looked for it, and ordered and it would arrive there to their address, And then when I called the phone to find out if it had arrived he never answered the phone, so I went in person and he told me it had arrived but now it will take 2 or 3 weeks to replace an engine, then the time already changed from1 to 2 weeks for 2 to 3 weeks to replace the engine, that is already a long time, that day was a Thursday, and I told him Ill leave my car with you so you can start now and he told me not right now till Monday, right now Im very busy and I have several jobs ahead of me than yours, so I asked in 2 or 3 other places and they told me that estimated time to replace an engine is around 4 to 5 days, so the Saturday before I took my car to him on Monday, I told him that before he started the job I would rather cancel the job, and when I told him that he got angry and yelled at me and tell me that never come back to his place, well one thing Im sure, Ill never come back to his place again, and he said that he was going to charge me 40 dlls, I told him why if he hadnt taken the car apart yet, and he said that it was because the engine was bothering him and thats the only reason, I think that i have the right to change to a place where they would give me better service and a quote, after all they hadnt stared doing anything with my car yet, i think theyre only interested in the money.

He went above and beyond to ensure my car was ready over the weekend so it would be ensured that I have transportation to work on Monday even though he had a few cars he was working on already. He always asked questions about what I was concerned about with my car, he never did or checked anything without my permission, and he made sure to update me in a timely manner. I just moved to Bakersfield about a month ago and it feels so good to find a mechanic I know I can go to and trust that will always have good intentions and the best interests. I now know who Ill be going to for mine and my wifes vehicles for as long as we can! Thank you, Jose. The owner Jake said that they will need to order parts and they charged me upfront fee. They even sent me receipt with their name on it. Very pathetic and disappointing.

    Javier Gonzalez: Anyone looking for great quality repairs this place is it. Ive known Alex for a couple of years, hes done work on my cars in the past and always does a great job. This guy knows his stuff, super professional and honest. Ive had AC work on my car and most recently had a steering column and suspension issue and Alex found the issue right away and did the repair and came out perfect. Definitely would recommend this place to everyone.
