The mechanic, Jose, goes above and beyond to support his customers, clearly communicates all aspects of the repair process, is flexible to work with, and even offered his time to help answer my questions after I picked up my car. I wholeheartedly trust him and the quality of his work. If youre in need of car repair anywhere on the 395, I strongly recommend towing/driving to Bishop to work with Jose; hes the best of the best.

He made a great diagnostic and replaced the thermometer as well. Jose provided excellet service and great customer care. Thank you!

Jose found the problem was a leaking transmission dipstick dripping oil onto the exhaust and welded it all up for me. Amazing mechanic, I cannot recommend him more!

5 /5 Gary Sloan: We were traveling through Bishop, CA when our vehicle began to overheat. We found a leak in our radiator hose. We tried to find a hose in three Auto Parts stores with no luck. We drove to a Auto Repair Shop and it was closed. I located Bishop Radiator & Auto Repair and gave them a call. Jose answered and was just closing for the rest of the weekend. He asked what our problem was and I gave him the details. He told me to bring the vehicle over. Jose checked the vehicle throughly and finally after several hours and a few test drives, the problem was discovered and repaired. This was not a vacation or pleasure trip we were on, but a family health emergency with a delicate time frame. Jose did not know this, but was, friendly, exceeded any expectation we could have had. He even told us to call him if we had any further issues. His price was extremely lower than we expected and his attitude and professionalism was above any expectation. Thank you Jose!!!!!
