After troubleshooting for over an hour and a half, I started to panic. Graham was the closest RV repair technician near Benton, and after reading multiple 5-star reviews praising his wide range of skills, I was thrilled when he answered the phone. He was available, calm, and completely professional from the start. Graham came across as extremely competent, knowledgeable, and confident that he could resolve the issue. I drove down to Laws, and he generously offered to drop my friend and me off at the nearby railroad museum while he worked on the RV. The museum was an unexpected gem and a great way to pass the time. To my surprise and relief, Graham texted me within about an hour to say the issue was fixed! He picked us up, charged a very reasonable fee, and we had a wonderful conversation on the way back — turns out we had a lot in common. Graham is truly a humble, multi-talented, and service-oriented individual. He seems to have a heart of gold and genuinely cares about helping others. A one-of-a-kind person. 5 /5 Stephanie McManus: We were camping at Four Jeffery Campground when our Dometic fridge decided to stop working. I called Graham and he was so kind to come out to our campsite within an hour. We talked about the recurring issue with our fridge when camping at high altitudes. He inspected the fridge burner /back of the fridge- and then increased the propane gas pressure on the regulator. When this partially worked, he followed up with a few easy checks and they worked to get our fridge up and running again. Thank you Graham for professional and timely service.

5 /5 Sara Smith: Graham was a godsend when we were left stranded outside Lone Pine CA when my tow vehicle a 2010 Toyota 4Runner SR5 overheated with a leak in the radiator seam. With limited repair shop availability and more than an hour away from us we were able to limp back to Boulder Creek RV Park from Hwy 395 where they recommended mobile Hobo RV Repair who would come to our site. it was triple digit temps and we were grateful to be able to plug in and keep cool in our travel trailer while getting parts delivered from Napa in Lone Pine. Graham was not only knowledgeable about RV’s but a skilled mechanic as well who brought tools to remove and replace the radiator on the spot saving us from being towed. Graham’s honesty and devotion to quality and detailed work and his reasonable repair charges where he could have easily taken advantage of us but didn’t. I would highly recommended him and his RV repair service. In fact I would consider driving from AZ to have him replace the bench seat area in our RV as well as some cabinet repair. 5 /5 Jay Ham: This is what I sent Graham: “Jan and Jay were on a month-long trip through the Utah, Arizona, Nevada, California desert in our Sprinter camper-van, when the 14-year-old bathroom wood door disjointed after driving a bumpy gravel road. Having no tools and miles to go, I called around and was lucky to find a carpenter near Bishop, CA named Graham Turner. He asked me to send some photos so was prepared for a fix the next day. After removing the door, he essentially rebuilt it with glue and metal bracket reinforcement. He did it so the metal work was hidden inside the bathroom. It took just a few hours, and we were on our way again for the rest of the trip. Graham is not only a skilled carpenter but an extremely kind and interesting man. We even got to meet his lovely two-year-old daughter. We highly recommend him if you ever need RV carpentry and probably general carpentry as well Thank you so much Graham. You were a trip saver for us.”
