Service was prompt and I appreciated that they were willing to work on a vehicle that didnt have the Hyundai name. Pricing was fair and honest, I received a "checkup" report on my cars condition, and they even washed it for me! Will definitely be coming back for my regular maintenance.

David Cepeda I was in the market for a specific truck a Ford F150 Crew Cab 4X4 XLT with navigation, back up camera... After looking all over Nevada where I Live I decided to check quite a few California dealers as I searched the northern region of California I decided to try the central coast. Im very happy to say I found exactly what I was looking for! I called in and spoke to Rob the owner and it explained to him that I was in the same industry a finance director since 1982. Rob was very attentive a I explained to him I was in Reno NV it didnt matter to him he still had a genuine interest in making this a reality for me. I had a friend who I trust dearly go by and drive vehicle. Once Bob Santa Cruz gave me the green light I was ready to work out the details I contacted Rob and he worked out the numbers for me! Rob put me in contact with Jaymi Mantz the controller who was just as awesome as Rob she basically setup all the documents for me so upon arrival it was sign up and down the road... I have to say this being a tough critic of the industry were In I was pleasantly surprised how professional Rob and Jaymi handled everything Im 100% completely satisfied and would refer a customer to Autp Park Superstore without any reservations... dean m Our truck broke down about 70 miles away from our destination on a Sunday , we happened to be pulling our travel trailer and the truck over heated. My wife found Villa automotive on a search engine because we were not from this area and had no clue of local mechanics. We called Villa who was open on Sunday, and we told them of our issue and our tow truck would not be in time to make it to Villa, they said we can get yo in first thing in the morning. We asked if we could park our trailer on the street in front of the shop and Villa had no problem with that. The next day at 7:00am our truck was in, radiator replaced and we were on our way. Jeannie Risner Uh-Mazing! Took my 11 year old Jeep to Morin Bros to get it checked out so I could give it to my granddaughter. Wanted it to be in its very best condition, clean and safe for her 16th birthday. We had been taking good care of it all along, but theres always something that can be improved. They checked it thoroughly and recommended a few repairs - spark plugs, A/C coolant, alignment, brakes and what not.We pointed out to them that the headlights were clouded over from years sitting outside in the sun. We had tried a couple home remedies and repair kits, and had a professional auto detailer take a crack at cleaning them up, but nothing worked. After Morin Bros had their way with it, it totally looks like a brand new vehicle. Prices were more than fair and the service, timing, and professional courtesy of the crew is second to none. GO THERE! and thank you so very much.

Ryan Brandt The reception desk (I didnt catch her name) and mechanic Brian were awesome and saved the day! Got stranded in SLO on Easter Sunday 5 hours from home. Monday AM I called Morin Brothers and they said if I can get the truck there theyll get me some answers ASAP. I ended up figuring out what I thought was the issue before I got there, but was hesitant to drive the whole way without reassurance from a professional. I asked if I could have 2 mins of a mechanics time and reception came out to have a look and then grabbed mechanic Brian. He looked it over and agreed with my findings. It was a quick fix but could have been detrimental if I was wrong. Brian even hosed down coolant leakage before sending me on my way. All for free from and with a smile and great attitude. I had called another shop in town first, that I wont name, and they were willing to work me in but talked down to me and were terribly rude. So glad I called Morin Brothers and I wish they could be my hometown mechanic! Give them a call!

Matt Nash Absolutely horrible service. The navigation head unit failed after 12 months and their service manager wanted thousands of dollars just to inspect it. Horrible employees and would never return. Tony Vital and Diamato Jones were arrogant, dismissive and rude. Giving the BMW brand a bad name. Diminishing the brand.

DiNESH P my last service interaction was terrible, horrible service: - my car has extended warranty and went to show them three issues to see if they can be fixed under the warranty or not. After inspection they came and told me that 2 of them will be covered under the warranty but one of them is not. According to them the one that is not covered under the warranty, which is driver side window doesnt close all the way. They told me that dirt in the rubber gasket is causing the issue, and according to them they inspected the issue and cleaned and problem is fixed. For that they want to charge me $400. I have disagreed with them and told them that dirt is not the issue and that is not going to solve the problem. This is apparently an issue with many subaru vehicles. Recently my friend the same subaru outback he had the same issue and subaru folks fixed the problem by replacing the entire motor assembly inside the door fully covered under the warranty. I had to chat with their manager and after explaining the issue he waived the charges. But my point is i tried show the video when the window doesnt roll up properly they are like we need replicate the issue in the shop, how can i replicate the issue in the shop when the issue takes place someone outthere when i am on the road randomly....... After leaving home a couple of days while i was driving to SLO for work, window started having the same issue and i took the car right away to the dealer and showed them the problem and the accepted that it is not the dirt and replaced some components in the window ........ Another incident happened right after they fixing the problem, i was planning to pick up my car after hours since service team is closed they allowed me to make the payment at the sales and pick up the keys from them. The amount i am due to pay is changed thrice, each time it is different price, initially when i first brought the car it is $49, came to pick up the car $199, after reminding them what i am due based on the previous statement they gave me they ended up charging $49. Service team supposed to hand over my car keys in the sales team but they didnt and the sales guy needed to call the service rep to get my keys. Even before calling the service rep, he told me too bad i dont have the car keys you need to come back tomorrow. HOW DO I DRIVE HOME i am 30 miles away. He said that without even trying but service rep answered the call on the first tray. This sales rep is the MOST RUDEST PERSON I HAVE EVER MET. HORROIBLE people to work in the service and sales department. I had an argument with him asking 15 mins WHY YOU HAVE TO BE SO RUDE, i wasnt angry or mean at him.......he even asked me if i want my car or not .....

sami khatib I just left there I went in for an oil change and I drive a newer Escalade and the advisor kept saying they don’t work on Cadillac and I have a service plan for my oil changes and tire rotations so he started say oh it takes a long time to call them and get an approval I felt like they just didn’t want to do a service for me that’s the worst service department I’ve ever stepped in I thank God I don’t live out here and ever have to go there again

King Fiona Best auto tech in town! I went there couple times for the oil change, brakes fluid change. Each time they examined my car carefully and gave good advice. The price is very reasonable. I received better service than the Nissan dealers.

The MH requiered the diagnostic expertise of this gifted group of professionals as the starting issue was esoteric in nature based on my MH age. Alan Martin We exclusively take our two mini coopers here and two years ago, I gave this business 5 stars. We have enjoyed fast friendly service and enjoyed looking over the classic sports cars in the showroom. Recently, my daughter took one of the minis in for a full service with the note that she would be driving across country to college in NY (so make sure to check everything is OK!) The car was returned with the wash fluid cap off and no top up to the coolant or wash fluid. When my daughter got to Chicago, she had a puncture, but the tire dealer couldnt change the tire because the wheel lock nut was missing. So she took the car to the mini dealer in Chicago. With the car on the ramp, they took video to show that both rear tires were bald on the inside shoulder (looked OK from the outside) - we replaced all four tires. They also showed video of cracks in the cam belt, which we also replaced. Very disappointed by British Sports Cars.. Careless mechanic and clearly no-one checking the work.

Matthew Callahan Certified Auto is the most honest and ethical auto shop in SLO! I was told at another shop ( in SLO) that I needed my disc brakes and rotors replaced. That shop gave me a written estimate that was very expensive. I took my car to Certified Auto for an estimate on the same brakes and they said “in all honesty we cannot change out your brake pads or rotors because there is nothing wrong with them. It would be unethical of us to do the work”. Certified Auto now has my business for life. Matt C.

Kamini Teelucksingh These guys are the best! I tried to change my own headlight bulbs and completely screwed up, they fixed it very quickly and were super responsive when one of the bulbs turned out to be a dud and had to be re-replaced. Prices were also incredibly reasonable for SLO. Im lucky that I didnt need any body work done, but if I do need work done in the future Im glad to have the Dent Shop!

I went in for an estimate on repairing a deep dent in the hood, but Mike put a package together that included replacing a broken taillight and minor fender dent. All for a lower price than what the other guys wanted for just doing the hood dent.

John Krokee I was on a camping road trip with my family when my Eurovan wouldnt start. We called 6 local shops and no one had time to diagnose the problem. Broad St. got us in right away and quickly found a problem with the crankshaft position sensor. Had the part in stock and got us back on our way. Saved our Fathers Day camping trip! Would give 10 stars if I was able to.

Eamon Lacy I have brought in my 2006 Jetta TDI a few times for diagnostics when no other place could figure out the issue. They are extremely knowledgable and honest and would recommend to anyone who has a VW. Nate also does a great job explaining an issue in terms that anyone can understand.
