Ana Lopez I have no words to describe how amazing Dr Keshen was since he took over the care of my son. His very knowledgeable, compassionate, and explain everything that was being done to my child. After having the worst experience with another doctor, Dr Keshen gave us the peace of mind and confidence all parents need. Thanks Dr Keshen and his amazing staff for always being available for us .

Cynthia Baltazar This took me a while to write since I dont usually write reviews, but I figure this was a good experience, and it is good to share so others have a reference to go by. Last year Dr. Keshen did surgery on my son. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the produce he was going to do. I really appreciated it that he listened to my concerns and considerations in regard to the type of surgery for my son. He was not pushy in telling me what is was best, instead he understood and made me feel that the choice was good. The hospital where he performed the surgery was very nice and accomodating. The nurses made my son feel super comfortable. They even provided me food for staying in the recovery room while waiting for my son. Thank you for making my son feel at ease during the procedure.

Maureen McFadden Dr.Cummings & the staff at Jackson Medical have taken care of me for many years and I absolutely love having them in my corner. Dr. Cummings is the best doctor! Shout out to Morgan my favorite PA and Brian at the front desk. Office is at 220 Pacific Oaks Rd #2 in Goleta, CA 93117.

Alex D Would not recommend. The front desk is not friendly and its pretty clear that they dont want to be there and they dont really care about your problem(s). Pretty shitty experience, youd expect to be welcomed and treated with some degree of sensitivity at a doctors office. Ive encountered more friendly workers at the DMV.

Rachael Quisel Excellent experience with Dr. McCaffrey and Jamie Monroe, PA. They talked me through every step of the in-office procedure; Jamie was particularly gentle and expert at scoping. Great bedside manner; I felt comfortable and reassured. Follow-up care was thorough, and I felt like they prioritized my recovery.

Donald Dr Sal at the Ridley wound center is the absolutely best dr I could have ever had. Had life threatening infection back in March due to diabetic wound Dr Sal Came to my hospital room performed surgery and spent the time on a personal level to inform me how to change my diet to get my diabetes under control. I just had my last visit and was discharged. With the time spent by Dr Sal and.his incredible staff my diabetes is no longer a concern. I no longer take medication of any type for my Diabetes just follow Dr Sals advice on my diet and lost large amount of weight A1C now at 500. The utmost respect for a stellar Dr . Thank you Dr Sal and your staff for treating me with respect and care changing my life extremely in a positive way. Flawless treatment at the wound center from the front desk to the greatest nursing staff on earth can not praise everyone enough. So Again thank you Dr Sal and staff very grateful for changing my life blessing me with the knowledge I desperately needed to get my diabetes under control.

Aaron Ritter I am extremely picky about doctors and have continually found my expectations of doctors to be too high, so when I say that Dr. Rai is fantastic, it really means something coming from me. She’s a great listener that takes her time to understand the patient, not just their symptoms. As such, her advice and treatment tend to be quite nuanced and tailored to the patient. I would recommend her highly.

A R Dr. Rai has wonderful bedside manner and takes great notes. However, there was nothing about my experience with her at Santa Barbara Internal Medicine Group that made me feel like the $400 concierge fee was worth it. I tried the concierge model because I have complex chronic illnesses. However, I found Dr. Rai was slow in responding to messages, had to be pressed for specialist referrals, and wasnt willing to educate herself on my primary chronic illness. She also has a caseload of 300 patients, which doesnt exactly fit the concierge model I had in mind when agreeing to pay $400. I didnt continue my care with Dr. Rai after the year was up.

Christina Rose I want to express my sincere appreciation for the promptness and professional care I have always received from Dr. Morf. He truly cares for his patients. I have never left his office without a proper plan of care. He is an excellent physician and Santa Barbara is blessed to have him! Thank you Dr. Morf!

jon hall My family and I have been seeing Dr. Morph over the last year and are grateful for his excellent level of care. He’s attentive, considerate and takes the time necessary to work with his patients. He’s also flexible – I once showed up to his office in person by mistake (was supposed to be a virtual visit), but he was accommodating and took the time to meet with me anyway. Highly recommended!

Brady Wade If you have a minor cold you may be ok, anything worse of a chronic condition youd better find another doctor. Also, be prepared to hav a very difficult time getting referred to a specialist, Dr. Aijian will just keep feeding you prescriptions, he doesnt listen to your concerns & hell act as if hes a specialist rather than send you to one. Unfriendly bedside manners and his staff shows little concern or compassion. His office doesnt return calls in a timely manner either,unorganized,etc. could go on but wont. There are too many other good choices out there for a General Practitioner.

Ben Siebert Dr. Aijian is an intelligent, well informed, and thorough doctor. He is a bit old school in only the most positive way, in that he actually takes time with his patients to ask questions, give suggestions, and thoroughly describe his prognosis - a breath of fresh air in this day where most doctors schedule only 3 min per patient. I have known Dr. Aijian for 9 years and recommend him highly.

Observador Had a pleasant experience (as much as that is possible) at Cottage Urgent Care. Got into a fight with a car door and needed to get a nasty cut checked out. I will spare you the details. The staff was welcoming, professional and efficient. Place was clean and they provided a referral and consult for next steps. I took a half a star off only because they should have strongly encouraged masks for those hacking in the waiting room. But I know that request can be met with some salty responses so you just deal with it. Great location for this part of the neighborhood. Parking was easy to figure out. This was the Cottage Urgent Care located on upper State.

Patrick Egan What a nice-looking and welcoming facility. It has a great waiting area and friendly, super-helpful staff at the front desk. And most importantly, the convenience. Right down the street from me with parking, I was in and out in no time. The PA and NP who saw me listened and provided me with a solution right away. Great place to go between visits to my Primary Care Physician

Additionally I was able to book my appointment online easily~ great addition to ‘urgent care’ offerings. The nurse, doctor and techs were all caring, kind and professional. Freddy Hicks Incredibly disappointing. Went to urgent care at Hollister Village, had to come to calle real for the xray tech. Walked in to an incredibly rude front desk person called Dennisse. I let them know i came from the other location and was told Im not only going to have to wait again (after already waiting an hour and a half) and that i would have to wait outside in the cold barely able to breathe while Im not sick. I called Hollister location and they notified them that I can wait inside and when I went back in, Dennisse was still rude and nasty. I also watched her treat other people poorly. This is not the Cottage way and I will be calling her boss directly after my visit

Christina Parent I’ve been going to Dr. Kim since I was 5 yrs old, she sees my entire family as well. She’s hands down the best, patient, caring, thorough and really listens well. Her receptionist is equally as nice and always has been for years and years, she knows the health insurance world like no one else. I love how it’s always the same staff when I come in it’s like visiting old friends. They’re well-oiled machine and have their office running a certain way that works for her practice which may not be everyone’s cup of tea but it works well.

Dani Martin I have been lucky enough to have Dr. Kim as my primary for years now and I have always appreciated her knowledgeable but down to Earth care. Despite the fact that she has many patients with too few hours in the day, there have been several times when she has gone above and beyond to help me because she cares about all her patients. I had a particularly bad diagnosis a few years ago, and she actually called me personally, long after business hours were over, to answer questions and advise me. It really helped me get over the shock of the diagnosis and to be more hopeful for the future. I am grateful to have her as my doctor! I also appreciate her office manager Racheal. She also has a lot on her plate but has also gone above and beyond more than once!

Graham P My experience with Dr Bolton and Lifestance has been very positive. The receptionist is responsive and helpful whenever I need their help. Dr Bolton has a nice easy going demeanor and really seems to care about the well being of his patients.

Laura Ford I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with Dr Bolton and the staff at Lifestance. I appreciate his efficiency and attention to details. His style and approach may not be for everyone (referring to the 1 star reviews) but I personally like that he is direct and modern with his insight. He has been accommodating with teleheath and technology glitches from time to time on my end and is a consistent source of support over the last year + that I’ve been seeing him.

Stephen Fountain Dr Laub is the worst doctor I have ever seen, with no compassion and rude. I walked out of his office today and will NEVER go back!

David Burrey Dr Laub is excellent. Did my Dad’s cancer surgery and he did very well with the procedure. Now He is my doctor.

Dr. David Adams I work with a lot of different doctors and I have to say that Dr. Saunders is one of the best. Dr. Saunders and his staff offer a healthcare environment that you cant find in most places. If you are looking to take your health to the next level I would highly recommend you visit his clinic.

Claudia Sanchez Horrible experienced with this office. They charged my card without my permission for an office visit. They never sent me an itemized bill of my charges. At this time Im talking to someone that works in a legal office and I was told what this office did is illegal. Im going to report this office to the Consumer Affairs.

R N Dr. Goldberg is incredibly thoughtful and caring. Even my 15 year old daughter is her patient. We trust her completely.

Jocelyn Diaz Jackson Medical Group has been my primary care doctor for over 10 years, but I’ll be finding a new one after this experience. After waiting two months for an appointment, they canceled the day before without any proper explanation. The front desk staff is dismissive and unprofessional. The service has gone steadily downhill, and it’s not worth the hassle anymore. The healthcare industry, in general, is crap—they don’t value their patients or their health, so I’ll be looking for a new provider.

Kellie Burrey Weve been with Dr Polito since he started his practice in Santa Barbara some 20 plus years ago and weve never had a bad experience. Most times we get in the same day which is awesome. Everyone there feels like family.

Maggie Kennedy You have to pay a $500 membership fee to be seen here, even if youre already paying insurance. They are a scam. Find a doctor that will care about you and not just take money from you.

Diana Langley Dr. Echt came to my rescue Monday night for an emergency procedure. Not only was the surgery successful but the incisions small. She was warm, caring, empathetic and able to explain something so complex in terms I could comprehend - even under stressful circumstances. She made me so comfortable, I felt like she had been my Dr for years. She will be from now on. Dr Echt called my daughter immediately after the procedure and showed up early the next morning so that I didnt have to wait around all day. I couldnt be more grateful to have met Dr. Echt.
