Abounding Heart Counseling, PLLC Loren Laughlin Had a wonderful experience at this nail salon with gel polish removal and a regular mani- pedi. The ladies work very well together to make the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. I highly recommend them! I even got a wonderful neck massage and their prices are reasonable for the area.

Sissy Gunz Love the store and depending on whose working the majority of the ladies there are extremely helpful and very friendly, love the huge range of product and the store is usually pretty well stocked up and clean, some of the ladies there are very helpful with whatever you might have questions about, there have only been a few times that I have actually had to deal with not so friendly staff, nothing major thank goodness for them because poor customer service is something I have zero tolerance for.

A Smith I walked half way into the store at 3:55pm.. The worker who was working told me that the store was closing at 4pm. I thought that was rude and poor customer service. You would think the goal of a business of such nature is to make money instead of pushing customers away. I will never go into that place again. Yes, just off this incident. They dont deserve my money. I went to Sallys across the street and the customer service was great....

E Vilene I always get excellent customer service every time I go. The staff is knowledgeable and takes their time making sure I find a hair product that closely meets my needs. Absolutely recommend this Sallys whether you know exactly what you need or if youre just trying to find something that works.

Julie Garcia horrible customer service. was not greeted upon arrival. I was looking for some particular tweezers that have a women design on the handle part. Those are the only once i have found worked for me. I asked the African American lady and she looked bothered by my question. She just gave me this annoying look and went about her business. Last time i will visit this store.

Artesia Deikun I absolutely love this nail and spa location! Every other nail salon Ive ever been to has, made me bleed by cutting me, and always ignored the design reference I asked them to follow. Thats not the case here. The nail techs are so skilled and my nail tech followed my reference to a T. Amazing service and amazing quality. The only nail salon that will be seeing my service. I cant praise them enough.

TilaMila On Okay I gotta say this new nail salon is amazing. Holly did my nails and she is very talented. She also answer all my questions and concerns about how I wanted my nails done (Im picky). New ownership and they just finish remodeling and this place looks amazing from the wall design, wallpaper, furniture and staff was really sweet. Btw they all speak English. Will be coming back for sure.

Nou Xiong Love this place. I finally found a place that can actually do nails with my style/shape/form. Very clean and really nice staff. Very reasonable on their price. I came for a second filled and will come again. I recommend them to anyone that is in need

Alma Barocio First time here, great customer service. Recommended to me by a coworker, Gypssie definitely knows her stuff and I highly recommend especially if you are like me and like to expirement with cut and color. She has great suggestions and there are other stylists there that can also take walk ins.

CM CM My hair dresser Paola just moved here. She is such a beautiful woman. She will have you crying from laughing but also the conversations are always therapeutic as she does your hair. The other beauty providers are so nice. They bring each other breakfast and offer their services to each other when they can. Its such a nice atmosphere.

I cannot believe some of the colorwork shes doing is coming out of Madera. It shows that she enjoys her profession. This needs some pics... Next time Ill have her use MY phone. The atmosphere at Reflections isnt boutique fancy, but Carol, owner/manager, has always made everyone feel comfortable, welcome, and a-part-of. Go, kick back comfortably, renew, and walk out with new assurance. Great feeling!

She helped me to understand how to care for my hair properly and even cleared up some misconceptions I had about steps in my hair care. I feel that she genuinely cares for her clients. I took my daughter to get her hair cut by Maya and she was nervous at first but felt so comfortable and left feeling confident for her first day of school the staff is so welcoming and warm and the lounge is so aesthetically pleasing I will definitely book other services there it was such a beautiful atmosphere.

Alice Blancas Very nice Nail Salon! The staff are so very friendly and deliver exactly what you want. The salon is clean and well maintained with good music playing. I was able to get a last minute appointment with no problem. My daughter was very happy with her Mani! Prices are reasonable

Jacquelyn Jasso At 36 weeks pregnant I had the Super Deluxe pedicure & it was amazing! I loved every minute I was so relaxed the entire time. I Also had my nails done, it was my first time using the dip powder, I liked this as well. My favorite part of the experience was the way they treated myself and all of their customers. They took their time with each customer making sure we got the full treatment of the services we were paying for. Most nail salons are quick and trying to move on to their next customer as soon as possible, but not this place so with that said I do recommend making an appointment, they are not going to rush through their clients to squeeze in every person who walks through the door, so if you don’t want to wait or possibly be turned away make an appointment they are worth it.

Brenda Gonzalez Using old tools to do my nails yuck, plus lady cut me and I had to pull my hand away, got mad when I told her my nails were uneven, and keep trying to add more to charge more, not sanitary at all. Nails are sharp as a knife ugh got to go buff them at home so I wont slice myself lol.

Dominique Egure Worse place to get nails done. They cut several places on both daughters fingers plus cut my daughters toe and made it bleed bad. They couldnt even paint a dang pumkin on my nails

Plus after getting my nails done for a fill these are what they look like after washing my hands. (Sorry for alot of pictures but these pics dont do them justice ) horrible in person. This is 30$ worth.
