4 /5 Observador: Had a pleasant experience (as much as that is possible) at Cottage Urgent Care. Got into a fight with a car door and needed to get a nasty cut checked out. I will spare you the details. The staff was welcoming, professional and efficient. Place was clean and they provided a referral and consult for next steps. I took a half a star off only because they should have strongly encouraged masks for those hacking in the waiting room. But I know that request can be met with some salty responses so you just deal with it. Great location for this part of the neighborhood. Parking was easy to figure out. This was the Cottage Urgent Care located on upper State.

5 /5 Patrick Egan: What a nice-looking and welcoming facility. It has a great waiting area and friendly, super-helpful staff at the front desk. And most importantly, the convenience. Right down the street from me with parking, I was in and out in no time. The PA and NP who saw me listened and provided me with a solution right away. Great place to go between visits to my Primary Care Physician

I especially want to acknowledge Stephanie and Sharon, who helped and treated me during each my visits. They are so caring, engaging, respectful and attentive to what I needed. Perfect place to go when you need help.
