Kristiana showed us excellent customer service and all the staff were helpful and professional. The receptionist Jessica was amazing. Also my mom absolutely loved her doctor and all the staff. We are very grateful.

5 /5 Paula Phan: Santa Barbara was having a big issue with the primary care sector. I called Sansum clinic back in Dec. 2024 to book an appointment with primary care as a new patient, the next availability for new patients would’ve been 2026. This posed a huge issue for me since I hadn’t seen a doctor in years and needed to get prescriptions. I noticed that Cottage Health Open a primary care facility and I immediately booked an appointment with Dr. Jennifer Varner. The facility is brand new and the staff are just as amazing. Dr. Varner really took the time to get to know me, asked me questions in order to build a relationship with me, and I never felt rushed or neglected. I’m so happy to call her my forever Doctor.

5 /5 Doris Weaver: Staff is friendly. Dr. Varner is vey warm and caring. She listened well. She provided explanations for my plan of care. She was very thorough. I felt treated as a whole person. The office is very welcoming.
