Keidy Medrano Save your money and time! This company has provided the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I recently filed a claim and was treated as though my insurance policy didn’t even exist—despite having full coverage in California. During the claim process, they refused to pay standard California body shop rates, which is unacceptable for a California-based insurer.
They insisted on using their “preferred” body shop, which is a clear violation of California insurance laws. Consumers have the right to choose their own repair facility. My vehicle sat untouched at the shop for over a month and a half because their appraiser failed to respond to both the body shop and me.
I eventually requested a refund on my policy due to their lack of service, and it was denied—simply because my car was “insured” while sitting inactive and undriveable at the body shop. Completely unacceptable.
Avoid this company at all costs.

Jessica Waldron I am compelled to express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding my recent experience at this branch. Supervisor Jacob Carbullidos lack of remorse, empathy, patience, and understanding is alarming, particularly given his role in the customer service industry. It is astonishing that someone with such a demeanor is placed in a position of authority.
During my visit to the branch, I found that Mr. Carbullido was the only employee present. The discomfort during my interaction with him was indescribable due to his offensive and degrading manner. The experience was not only off-putting but also insulting and downright mean. It was clear that he took advantage of the situation, as he felt empowered to treat me with blatant rudeness and callousness.
Never before have I been subjected to such a nasty, condescending tone from anyone at Fred Loya. As I attempted to express my concerns, I stumbled over my words, and he had the audacity to mock me—not once, but THREE times—while cutting me off every time I tried to ask a question.
It’s disheartening to see how this atmosphere of negativity affects the other employees, who clearly appear defeated and anxious when confronted with inquiries. After nearly six years of being insured with Fred Loya, I am seriously reconsidering my relationship with your company. This encounter has left me anxious about ever having to return to this branch or interact with Mr. Carbullido again. It is shameful that such unprofessional behavior is tolerated.
Update: Following my review regarding the manager of this establishment, the tires on my car were intentionally slashed within days. I promptly reported this to the police and attempted to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau; however, it appears this location is not an accredited business. To date, my original complaint has gone entirely unacknowledged, with no response from the owner whatsoever. I urge all potential customers to be aware of the concerning behavior exhibited by JACOB CARBULLIDO. Don’t squander your hard earned money on this place.
