Location is great and it has a parking lot with plenty of spaces which makes it easy for me when I want to just stop by to sort things out.

I thought I might have to use the FAIR plan for several years, but when I called Great Park, they were very kind and helpful, and Julius sent me several quotes that compared evenly with my previous coverage. Our communication has been good, and though I would have liked to meet the folks there in person, we did everything, including signing documents and making payments, online, which was pretty convenient. I generally dont need much attention unless I need to file a claim, so Im hopeful that everything will go smoothly at that time.
