Katrece Holloway We have been trying to get several policy quotes from this insurance agency since May of 2025. It has been like pulling teeth to get a WC, Liability, Religious Organization, Umbrella and Auto quote from them. We have actually been dealing with Gary Moran who writes and rates the policies but Shannons (owner) office sent us to them / him in the Allstate Corporate Office. Shannons office only manages the policy once written but I would be ashamed to refer such a negligent partner. Such a waste of time and because of the rates, we WERE going to go with them for 1 if not all 5 polices yet after 3 months we got one policy but the limits were incorrect and weve been waiting for a corrected policy along with all the other polices we requested. We cant get a straight answer as to why he wont call us back and we keep getting the run around. TODAY we finally give up. If you want a timely response and thorough follow up....DO NOT think about patronizing this company. Us being a LARGE local organization with several policies, I expected much better service. Now 3 months later...we are still waiting on an accurate policy. This will be the last time we contact them for help. RESPONSE FROM ALLSTATES RESPONSE: 7.21 - Jose was very responsive. But the 3rd party agent (Gary Moran) was not. He would LIE about trying to contact me (Us) and made promises he never kept. I did speak with Jose several times but he was unable to help. So Shannon, your comment about responsiveness is not correct. The person that held all the power failed to respond on several occasions after I called and emailed almost daily. You win some and you lose some. This case was not a WIN!

I spoke to the receptionist many times with promises of a immediate call back. Never happened. Do not do business with this unreliable company.

Row Reb I believe Doug acted dishonestly and unethically. He pulled some funny business in transferring a set of policies in which he took control of them in advance of the agreed upon date and did so without paying for them. He left us without coverage for 3 weeks and did nothing to help sort out the problem. He became unresponsive and dismissive. I feel he is a total fraud and there are better alternatives out there for boating policies.

Claudia S My family has been insured with Jim for around 25 years. I purchased a new car in August and requested to add my car on my mom’s policy since the car was in both of our names. Initially I was going to switch to AAA but, I thought it would be easier and worth the savings to add it to the family policy. I called and spoke to Jewelia, she helped me add our new car to the policy. Added my payment information. Before getting off the phone with her I double and triple confirmed that she had added my debit card on autopay, she confirmed and later sent me the policy card information. There are additional details I won’t include in the interest of time. I had to update November 24, 2024 1:30ish PM I get into an accident and find out that my policy had lapsed and that my premium is $700, was completely uninformed. I filled a claim and it was denied although we were previously coming to a resolution but, I ended up getting a lawyer to help me with the process when State Farm was notified they stopped responding to me so I called the CS center amd was advised that my claim was denied. No letter has been found, not in my email, not in my app and not in my mail. Mind you I am so traumatized from this experience that I am super hyper vigilant in checking mail for updates because no one from State Farm will give me any type of information. I am struggling with anxiety and depression. I am struggling to get to work and my son was robbed, attacked and had a gun pulled out on him because I am not mobile and I’ve paid close to $1,900 to State Farm. I am barely hanging on to my job. In any case I advised jewelia to please email me with updates if she was not able to get in touch with my on my person phone. I also gave her my work cell. This should not have happened to me but, I have a feeling that the claim was denied because I hired a lawyer who was not very helpful and only delayed any process I had already made and was close to coming to a resolution with the payment investigation agent. I am afraid that something could happen and they’ll make it just as hard for my parents or lord forbid they drop them like they did to all those people in LA. Meanwhile they’re hosting the football game at the state farm stadium in Arizona. I am not looking or ever was looking to get rich off this claim I just wanted to get back on the road and take care of my family. My car has been sitting for going on 3 months now. Jim takes 7-10 days to reply to my emails and when he does it’s inaccurate information. Thanks for reading my rant I’m at my wits end and I’m struggling in understanding how some of those who we depend on to come through for emergencies and life changing situations could turn on you and act like this. Not one phone call has been returned from Jim since 1. I added the new car and 2. Since the accident.

Joel Vazquez I had a great experience at Freeway Insurance in Antioch (3325 Deer Valley Rd). The office just opened recently, and Wesley was there to get us through the process. It was like going to my insurance company back in the old days! Wesley made the whole process easy, fast, and straightforward. He found us a really good deal for insurance on two cars, and it wasn’t nearly as expensive as I expected. The process was similar to going online and doing all the work myself, but he took care of it and searched all the different quotes and gave us the best one. Sort of like a kayak for Insurance, he doesn’t work for a particular company, but is contracted with many. Thanks again, Wesley—you deserve 5 stars!

AI M Patrick is a great salesperson: able to chit-chat to death, but doesnt deliver. The premiums of the policies were higher than promised, his responses delayed — there was always "something else keeping him busy" (are we all not busy?) — and his explanations were gibberish — hes unable to write coherent sentences. Fortunately, within a month I made the decision to cut him and go back to my previous insurance broker, who had been great except more expensive (in appearance). Im very happy to have ended the relationship with Patrick and the extra money is well worth it. The kicker and the reason that led me to post this review? I asked him for the status of my car policy on Feb. 17; as of today he had not responded, so I asked again. His response was "please call travelers for billing or status on these things, we do not handle billing/refunds. -P". I called and the response was that he had not cancelled my car policy; the others had been cancelled but not that one. Also, they told me to go back to my agent, but when they saw I was very angry, they decided to help me directly. And they did.
