1 /5 Cipriano Mateo Castaneda: Don’t waste your time coming to this place/insurance company. I needed a new policy , there was only one lady working , and that’s not the problem, the problem was that she was just talking with this people she was helping out at her desk telling them her story how she became a US citizen , how she learned English I don’t mind. But I wasn’t helped at all I had to leave and there were 5 or 6 more People waiting and needed help and she was only talking. Don’t go to this place. Go to a better one.

1 /5 Jazlin Mendoza: We came at 1 pm they told us to come back at 2:30 we came at 3:45. They close at 6 it’s on google and on the front door. THEY LOCKED THE DOOR which is crazy because it was 2 hours ahead. The lady that was working there just watched us stand out side. The hours are so random you’re lucky just to get in. Update your hours or follow them bad customer service.

1 /5 Amber Fierro: I was treated so terrible by this company. Especially the people at this office. Ive been a loyal customer for over 5 years. They proved today they dont care about their customers. I was treated so unfairly, and so much of my time was wasted just trying to renew a policy. To the point that I decided to pay double and open a policy with statefarm. If this is how they treat their customers when they are just trying to renew a policy, imagine how they will treat you if you need to file a claim. Please save your time and money and go elsewhere.
