I needed a new policy , there was only one lady working , and that’s not the problem, the problem was that she was just talking with this people she was helping out at her desk telling them her story how she became a US citizen , how she learned English I don’t mind. But I wasn’t helped at all I had to leave and there were 5 or 6 more People waiting and needed help and she was only talking. Don’t go to this place. Go to a better one.

The Insurance broker I spoke with generated an auto policy quote for me, but then when I asked her for specifics -- you know -- to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted, she grew agitated and impatient. I had asked her if she could just email me the quote and she said Liberty Express does not email quotes to potential customers. So, after giving her a list of the exact items/coverage that I wanted on the full coverage auto policy quote, she said shed call me back with the quote but she never did. Oh well, "Bye, Felicia."
