Keidy Medrano: Save your money and time! This company has provided the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I recently filed a claim and was treated as though my insurance policy didn’t even exist—despite having full coverage in California. During the claim process, they refused to pay standard California body shop rates, which is unacceptable for a California-based insurer. They insisted on using their “preferred” body shop, which is a clear violation of California insurance laws. Consumers have the right to choose their own repair facility. My vehicle sat untouched at the shop for over a month and a half because their appraiser failed to respond to both the body shop and me. I eventually requested a refund on my policy due to their lack of service, and it was denied—simply because my car was “insured” while sitting inactive and undriveable at the body shop. Completely unacceptable. Avoid this company at all costs.
