Adriana the owner treated us so poorly and would not let us speak. Their office could not quote us on their fee for filing. They had our tax forms for 3 weeks and there was still no outcome. Hubby Went in and tried to get our forms and they wanted to charge my husband for our forms back. I went in and demanded them back and I was not going to be charged a dime for work that has not been done! I will never go back here! They show no respect unless they know you personally.
