Mike Sakuda Dr. Ben is A-1, and his staff provide exceptional service. They have done everything they can to get help financially from medi-care and et. al. Like great mechanics and contractors, the honest ones who take pride in their work are a gem and very rare!

Zoha Noor After going through 3 other dentists’ offices in LA, some who were terrible at their work and some who tried to rip me off, I was so relieved to finally find this office. I’ve gotten multiple fillings and 2 root canals plus crowns done here and I can say that, as someone who has major dental anxiety, they are the most kind and wonderful dentists I have come across. Both Dr Ben and Dr Sharona are great but the trust that I’ve developed with Dr Sharona was something I didn’t think possible. She has always always made sure that I was comfortable and completely numbed before beginning a procedure, and I barely feel anything during the numbing process either. The front office also always works with my insurance so that I never pay more than I have to and I am never made to feel guilty or judged about the condition of my teeth or if it takes a while for me to make my next appointment. The dental assistants are also competent and kind. They do tend to take a while after appointment time to call you in, however I don’t mind this as I know it’s because they are taking the time to listen to and take care of every patient. Just make sure to allot extra time for a dental appointment if you have other commitments to schedule around. This place is truly a hidden gem.

Ana DT I was a patient from 2022-2023. For the past year, Ive been unable to eat on the left side of my mouth due to an over-drilled filling. Additionally, every appointment felt rushed and disorganized, and my wishes were blatantly ignored. I highly recommend going somewhere else.
Filling Issue
In December I was told to return for a filling. Upon returning in the summer, I was told I needed a new set of xrays and that that was all they had time to do. I had to fight to have my cleaning/filling as scheduled. The woman assisting me seemed irritated, and after an extremely painful "cleaning", she drilled my tooth down to nearly nothing. The entire filling process couldnt have been more than 15 minutes. I was left with extreme sensitivity and sharp edges that cut my tongue. I returned a few weeks later and the male dentist filed down the filling material and smoothed the edges. He told me it may take a couple of months for my tooth to adapt to the filling. Its been a year and I still experience pain with any physical contact.
Cleaning Issue
At my first appointment, the male dentist told me a regular cleaning would be insufficient and I needed a deep cleaning/scaling. There was no discussion, and I felt trapped between having the deep cleaning or leaving without treatment. At the second appointment, I told multiple people that I wanted a regular cleaning. Despite this, the aforementioned woman ignored my request and went in with the scaler for approximately 5-10 minutes. After this appointment, I did my research, and discovered deep cleanings are recommended for people with warning signs of gum disease, signs I dont have. Moreover, the procedure is supposed to take 30+ minutes and involves numbing the gums first. In other words, its a procedure, not a substitute for a cleaning.
Between the long wait times, rushed appointments, and the push for deep cleaning, I cant help but think that filing claims comes before patients here.
