I had a medical emergency with my senior dog and called to inform them I’d be 15 minutes late. Instead of understanding, they immediately refused to see me, saying, “We cannot take you; there will be no time.” I explained that most offices allow a 15-minute grace period, especially in LA traffic, and even offered to skip the exam and X-rays—I just needed an emergency cleaning for my painful, swollen gums.
The woman on the phone was incredibly rude and dismissive, showing zero compassion. She coldly said, “We cannot see you. We are canceling your appointment, and it’s best you go somewhere else—we are not a fit.” Who speaks to a patient like that, especially when they’re begging for urgent care?
I’ve never been treated so poorly by a medical office. This was the complete opposite of the experience I expected, and I want others to be aware before booking here- don’t be late or have any emergencies cuz they do not care.
