Edith is so professional and explained everything thoroughly and answered all my question. Overall I would recommend and will continue coming.

1 /5 K: Do not recommend. Came here because I have had bad experiences with dentists in the past and was looking for somewhere my family and I can go to. I picked this dental office based on the good reviews. I was looking to go somewhere that is trustworthy because of my experience at other places that have left me with issues with my teeth before. Honestly was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Right away, I started to question how genuine the reviews were. They offer raffle entries to win a big TV that is sitting in the lobby or free teeth whitening after braces in exchange for leaving a review. That alone raised a red flag for me. ( I assume that’s where MANY of the good reviews come from.) This practice raises serious ETHICAL concerns about how reviews are obtained. The receptionist are nice, the assistants are nice had no problem getting my X-rays done, it started off as a good experience until it wasn’t. The dentist HORRIBLE. I sat in the dentists chair for over 30 minutes waiting. (That’s fine I understand it can get busy) but just for him to come in and scold me over work I got done elsewhere without even taking one look in my mouth first. He immediately started criticizing dental work I had done elsewhere. He seemed frustrated, rubbing his head, sighing, and visibly stressed. Even the assistant commented jokingly that I was stressing him out, which felt very unprofessional and uncomfortable. I thought he was joking until I realized he wasn’t. He spoke to me in a condescending tone from the start. Mind you I have never stepped foot in this office before and not even 2 words had come out of my mouth but a HI. He was asking me what am I doing and just talking down to me about work I had done like I was stupid & pointing at the xray on the screen with no explanation. (I got metal fillings done into white elsewhere.) He said he did not want to talk about work that other dentists have done and did not want to see how my teeth looked previously. When he finally looked in my mouth, he admitted that the white fillings actually looked good—after making such a big deal about how I never should have replaced metal ones. It didn’t make any sense.

5 /5 Chris Stark: Love Dr Verdi! He always gives a good cleaning! The staff is always wonderful and communicative. Right next to the Metro 18 Bus. Street parking is plentiful, always read the signs if its a Thursday or Friday, or if its around school pickup hours.

5 /5 taylor brooks: I’m very impressed. I have been battling tooth aching on and off for years towards the back of my mouth where my wisdom teeth are located. After getting pregnant with my third child, I had started experiencing tooth pain in that same area everyday since November 2024 until my baby’s delivery in January the following year. The pain became unbearable. Me thinking the pain was due to the pregnancy, I held back on getting it checked out. I finally couldn’t take the pain anymore. I reached out to PHD Dental where my medi-cal insurance was accepted and the procedure was totally free of charge and also free of pain. God is Good. I had my three children and husband with me, and even their waiting room needs were catered to. The wisdom teeth were removed in 15 mins, maybe less lol. I got 5 teeth removed in 15 mins. It was painless. The only thing I felt was about 10 pinches from the needle numbing but the last 3 pinches you don’t feel. The needle pinch was nothing compared to the pain I had been experiencing prior to making the appointment. I’m feeling brand new now, like I’ve been ripped out the plastic. The recovery is a beautiful process, with the ibuprofen 800 mg keeping the soreness from bothering me. Thank you to the nice comforting staff and hats off to the oral surgeon!
