Naomi Reeves Ive been a customer for 12 years, and this nail salon is by far the best Ive ever been to. Its impeccably clean with modern furnishings, and they truly know how to do nails the right way. They offer an incredible variety of colors that are low in chemicals. Ive even seen their sanitation records from the county, proving they use perfectly sanitized tools for manicures and pedicures. It feels like youre in the comfort of your own home while enjoying a mani/pedi, complete with a big-screen TV. Plus, they offer a complimentary glass of wine! As a family-owned business, I will definitely continue to support them for years to come. Their appointment-based system also helps with time management, making the experience even better! They just opened up a new shop to expand and take new customers!

Stephanie Pacheco Amazing Nail Salon! Nail techs were so friendly, gentle, and efficient. I got a regular pedicure completed in about 30 minutes. Salon is clean, tools are clean and there is a large selection of colors. They even have jelly nails. Will definitely come back to this Mom and daughter owned business.

Chelsea I had a great experience getting this magnificent Gel X set by Lucy! She was friendly, attentive, and detailed. The salon is clean, brightly lit, and well ventilated. There’s a wide range of colors and formulas to choose from, something for everyone. I called to make an appointment and they were able to slot me in the next business day. Highly recommend!

Rena Roc Very nice experience. It’s rare to find a nail shop that actually feels and smells ventilated, but obsession nails is that. Nancy takes great care with quality of service and experience. From the thoughtful decor including artwork by Luci to the care given to comfort in placement of led lamps. She did an amazing job on my nails, providing care and consultation of recommended nail builder. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Pixi Pure perfection. Organic products. No chemical smells. Fresh lemon, cucumbers, rose petals, and honey. Complimentary tea. Excellent massage chairs with heat. Divine massages. She set a timer to make sure I got the full 15 minutes, and because they schedule their clients with attention in mind, she wasnt rushed and didnt stop the moment the timer went off. Clean shop, sterile tools. Truly professional work with attention to detail. Kind and flexible attitudes. I tried the color I thought I wanted and she changed it for me and was very nice about it. If you book a party or group, they will not book other guests, and youll have the place to yourself. While they cant serve you alcohol, you are free to bring your own for celebrations. I had the milk and honey service, and I highly recommend it. Theres a reason all the reviews say "best pedicure Ive ever had," it truly is a unique experience and the perfect gift for that special someone. I will be back again and again.

Kimmy does an amazing job and pays close attention to detail ensuring my nails match, feel realistic, and that I have a wonderful spa experience every single time. Her treatments are all organic, with no harsh smells or chemicals, she only uses gel x so no nail salon smell. Only a true spa experience. I could fall asleep sitting up during my complimentary hand scrub and massage at the end of my nail appointment. I always prebook with Kimmy because there’s no way I’m loosing my spot! He laid everything out and taught me what I needed to know to make the right choices, and helped guide me where I drew a blank. He was excellent company and we had lots of great conversations and laughs. In the end, I ended up with gorgeous oval nails that felt incredible, and looked even better. I am so grateful and impressed, and I found out when I got home that they even matched my favorite unicorn mug. When Im ready for my touch up, Ill be going back and trusting Andy to work his magic!

Kaylin Fisher I always have the best time here with DJ. She is very artistic and patient when it comes to nail designs. I usually get a full acrylic set with all kinds of different polishes and designs every three weeks. The nails are all the same shape and length which is not something that can be guaranteed at some other shops. I can usually bring in a bunch of pictures Ive found online of new designs and we will choose the best looking one for her to do. She also has new design ideas from other customers if I cant decide. She has done some really intricate designs on me and her pricing is very reasonable. DJ also waxes my eyebrows and cuts/colors my hair. Nails forever is a one stop shop and I always leave impressed.

Aaron Grogan-Jackson The reason I decided to get a haircut from DJ, was because she has cut a friends hair for years. As a man, you wouldnt think to go to a place that might be considered a place just for women. But I went for it. I had hair below my shoulders, and I was tired of dealing with it. I went in with a picture that everyone in my family decided was the best haircut for me. Im impressed that DJ was able to cut my hair based on the picture I bought in. The experience was great, and the price was extremely reasonable. My family was blown away that DJ was able to cut my hair exactly as everyone suggested. I plan on going back again when I need a trim.

Rachelle Carzino DJ is the BEST!!! I’ve been with her for over a year and my acrylic nails are always perfect. I haven’t had any issues with lifting or breaking and I only see her every 3 weeks. I just recently began using her for my hair and I’m just as happy with her performance. Her prices are extremely reasonable, the shop is always neat and clean, and I highly recommend Nails Forever Hair.

She also gives an amazing pedicure and the salon has a huge variety of beautiful colors - I can’t stand when a nail salon has a low variety of colors (and you have to go through a bunch of annoying swatches on a ring). I wake up early to go before work, that says a lot about how good this place and Kim is.

Franchesca It was so nice to have gotten there when it wasn’t so busy because I didn’t shave my legs lol! I got the whole thing with the hot stones, leg and foot massage. At the end the parefin wrap. I almost fell asleep during all this because on top of all the great stuff I mentioned, the chair’s actually gave a good back and neck massage . To end this I will say it was worth the money to be pampered like that for an hour.

Crystal Agredano I went in for a pedicure that took 3.5 hours I literally went in at 1:30 and got out at 4:30 . It was older lady that helped me she was nice did a good job but the water was cold she took my feet out to dry and didn’t have a warm towel she had to go to the back to get one still not warm ugh I just won’t be coming back I believe I payed 60$ for my pedicure not worth the price if I had a massage included it would of made sense but nope . This place is pricey . She was the only one in the salon and as I walked in there was a really strong smell of a chemical I don’t know what it was . The owner was being called as other customers came in and she kept saying to wait for her she was on her way didn’t show up till 4:00.

I appreciate how this nail salon provides fingerless gloves during gel manicures, to protect your hands & skin! I called for an appointment around 11:30am on a Tuesday and they were able to take me right away. It started to get busier around 12:15pm during lunch hour. This place is cash only but they also take Zelle. Place is clean and service is friendly.

Haley Gunderson I came in about an hour before closing as a walk in, and the customer service and communication was great. I got a full acrylic set done by vi and she is definitely the person you wanna go to for nails! She did mine in a timely fashion and they came out beautifully. Only thing I will say is the price was a bit high, otherwise an amazing place.

Ashley Hamblin New to the area and have been looking for my new nail place. Tried Princess nails today with my mom and was so happy with the service. Everyone there was super sweet and took their time to make sure my mom and I were happy with our services. We both got pedicures which came with amazing massages and after while my mom waited with me while I got my fill they got her water and snacks which was so thoughtful. Savannah Thedorff I was looking for a new nail salon that is closer to me and tried this place on a recommendation from a friend - it was pretty dissapointing. I was really excited to go here, especially after seeing the reviews! The aesthetics are awesome, and the guy that handles the appointments is really nice, but the pedicure experience was definitely a let down. I went in the afternoon, and they werent that busy at the time either. I got the basic pedicure and was in and out within 35min (including 10min drying). It definitely didnt feel like a relaxing, spa pedicure. The gal that did my nails didnt even let my feet soak before starting with the clipping/filing of the nails. Overall, it was just a rushed and disappointing experience. The nail shape and color was fine, nothing different from other nail salons. Great aesthetics, but if youre looking for a more in-depth pedicure (where they at least soak your feet before working on the nails, then this isnt the place.

I recommend calling ahead as sometimes they are busy, however walk-ins are welcome. I typically get a gel manicure and it will last at least two or more weeks.

R Kay Normally this place does a good job and I brought my mom because she just had a bad experience at a nearby salon. Unfortunately I had the same experience. Sloppy nail Polish and bubbles on the color. You can see my cuticle was still flaky. After a $75 mani pedi you expect more. Not going here again. See photos for evidence. I assume the photos with the flowers are all taken by the shop, because even my mom’s cuticles were jagged.

I have got my nails done at various nail salons in the past 15 years. This one is a let down. Three stars as I also got gel pedi and that is holding on well. I guess your experience varies depends on which technician you got.

G B I went to this place before and got my nails done with gel dip powder. And got a pedicure. They did a great job. Last time I tried to come here because I broke a couple of nails and it was done out of town. They did not want to fix my nails even though I called the day before and they said it was okay to come in. The excuse was they didn’t have the color and they use different gel. Poor customer service.

J K It was my first time at this nail salon and my experience didn’t go well. Nail technician who worked on my nails used the nail drill crazy as someone who is non-experienced would do. She hurt me on three nails: on one she just drilled too hard while removing my old nails, second on the edge of one finger and made it to bleeding, and third thumb edge that almost bleeding. Those nails become sensitive to warm water and are painful. After all that… they didn’t offer me any discount!

jumping out windows I had a great experience with Tammy and Sara doing my manicure and pedicure. They were very professional and kind especially as I am new to the nail salon world! They were both informative as well, telling me about the different types of nail polish. The salon itself was beautiful and very clean. I loved the massage chairs and the decor was also very nice. They have a TV running in clear view for clients to watch while getting services. The entire salon is very well run and you can tell all the ladies there are experts at their crafts.

Morgan Ulery This is the only place I’ve found that does dip manicures the CORRECT way without using the UV lights! Kim is the absolute best and I won’t trust anyone else with my nails. Starting with the good: The 2 stars were earned because the gel pedicure I got here a week ago was great. It was so great, I decided to book an appointment to get my dip manicure done there too. Big mistake. The woman who did my manicure was careless and rough. She cut 2 of my nail beds and made them bleed. These pictures were taken ONE DAY after I got the manicure and as you can see, one of the nails still has dried blood on it (still hurts, too!) and two of the nails are already chipped. Probably because they were using a gel UV light to try and cure the dip ???!!! which I said something about right away, as my nails were extremely hot in the UV light. Le claimed that thats how they do dip powder manicures there...and that using the UV light makes it last longer......Obviously not. While their prices might be reasonable, there is nothing reasonable about charging the customer full price despite being carelessly injured by one of your nail techs. Needless to say I wont be going back here.

Dishing Oakland Price is good. The ladies are all very nice! I’ve only gotten regular nail polish there but I liked it so far. I look forward to having Le do my nails. She only does acrylic nails. Also, place is clean and they wipe down after each customer (I was paying attention like a hawk!) Addition: $75 for gel toes and fingernail. Seems a little higher than what I usually pay for.

Shelly Demla Le does a really great job, and is very fast. She pays attention to detail and ensures that you like what she is doing, along the way. I think generally nail salon prices, like everything else, have increased, but the prices here seem reasonable in comparison to other salons.
