Jelly Bean Hello everyone! I’m a person that doesn’t like to leave reviews, even when I didn’t receive the service I deserve as a paying costumer. I had to leave this review so others don’t experience the same terrible experience I had. On Friday June 14, 2019, I visited “Oh My Nails” for the first time as I was heading for a trip later that night. I got a gel pedicure and a gel manicure that day. They first did my pedicure and then proceeded with doing my manicure. In which I have thought they did an excellent job, within hours I was very upset and disappointed. My right foot pinky toe was missing a gel polish coat. My gel polish coats on my fingers were cracking but did not fall off like my foot pinky toe. With this being said, I do not recommend anyone to get their nails done here. I have attached pictures of my pinky toe missing a polish coat with the time stamped. I also attached pictures of my manicure exactly ten days of getting them done. I know for a fact that other places that I have gone to, I have never seen my nails this ugly and chipped.

Jeanette Pena The nail lady was rushing and cut me twice. The lady did not know how to stop the bleeding when all she had to do was apply pressure to where she cut me. The prices are good, but be warned customer service is bad. I paid for services, but will not be returning.

Jennifer Vasquez Today is my third day after getting my gel mani and pedicure. Super uneven coating, job felt rushed, and as a result I got bumpy gel nails that cracked on the sides easily. I will add that the ladies here are super friendly and give great foot massages during your pedi. To be completely transparent, once the job was done I only glanced quickly at my nails because I had somewhere to go. Even if I would’ve spoken out at the moment I couldn’t have stayed for them to fix it, but I also don’t know if they would’ve offered to do so.

Lucia Riera I cant recommend this shop enough! Tony and Lisa are wonderful and have such a lovely team with a friendly neighborhood vibe. I have been going to them loyally for the past 3 years every few weeks. They have super reasonable prices and excellent service.

Tiffany Brenon Everyone working at Top Nails is kind and such a pleasure to be around! Their services are great and I never had a nail shop spend such quality time on my cuticles, I needed it. I got a gel pedicure, manicure, eyebrow and lip wax and for all those services plus add-ons I paid a more than a reasonable price. This was a random stop a nail shop, and even though I live in West Hills, I’ll be back! I loved every minute of being pampered here! :)

Jane F. Nail techs do an excellent job. They work quickly, but efficiently. They listen to what you want done and do it right. A little pricy, but thats the neighborhood. When I go in for my fills I might have one missing/broken nail. Instead of the 4-5 Id have missing if Id gotten my nails done anywhere else.

Christina Batshoun Anna gives the best pedicures. All the girls are friendly and nice. The owner is such a peach and she gives a great dio manicure. All the girls do a great job. The salon is always nice and clean. They offer free water and have some candies out to eat. They also just upgraded all the spa chairs and nail stations in February 2025.

David Mathess My first time here and Jenny is amazing!! My toes nails have never been better, and Jenny knows how to make sure that you pedicure is done with sterile instruments to insure that you have beautiful and healthy feet. I definitely will back as a returning customer!

Raquel Jones The nail tech Tiana is my absolute favorite! She really cares about her work and does the most beautiful art. The rest of the employees are also the sweetest and really care about your experience. I will definitely be coming again!!

Ashley Hew Skip going here. Loved the nails right after and then one week later they were peeling off near the cuticle. Never had this happen and I get my nails done every month. Salon does have a parking lot but they also slice my friends hand when filing her nail.

Autumn Marie London So glad I found Get Nail’d! They use high end products and everyone is so talented. I absolutely love my visits with Elaine and Carina, but it’s one of those salons that no matter who you go to you’ll be more than satisfied. Everyone is so friendly too. It’s been so hard to find good quality people, prices and the products they use at nail salons in LA, but this place is a goldmine! I can’t gatekeep any longer they deserve the recognition!

Brian Huynh Cody and Kenny are amazing, they really know what they are doing and always take their time doing nails it’s amazing! I always leave their chair so happy and excited! citlaly I love this place it’s been my go to for months whenever I want them done!! They have great customer service, are really good at their work and charge reasonable prices. I’ve been going to Kenny and he makes sure I like what he’s done and is understanding when I want it to be changed. I’ve always left the place happy with how my nails turn out!

Cherry Very accommodating and friendly staff. Ive been coming here for 10 yrs for dip mani, gel pedi, paraffin treatments, and other nail services. They sanitize soak basins in the massage chairs after every client and use disposable plastic liners in the basins. They use new sealed packaged tools that have been sanitized and sterilized and new disposable sponges for feet callus. Extensive color choices and different types. They have new colors almost every 3 weeks that Ive been coming. John the manager is very nice. I come for my regular mani lady Lyna and pedi lady Denise. They are a couple of the lightest hands in this place and knows which colors suit you best and experts in nail shape and care.

Stacia Lorenzen I just moved to the area and had dip on my nails from a prior salon. They took off my nail dip and applied these beautiful nails! I did a dip set again. Lena took her time and made sure they were perfect. Thank you! Editing to add my daughter’s cute manicure she just had! They are so friendly!

Karla Arellano This place definitely sets your standards high for any nail salon. The first time I came here I was blown away by the service, I came with two of my friends (I was the only one who got anything done). But even then they were so nice to all of us. They offered us condiments like tea, coffee and water. It was one of their employees birthdays as well so we also got cake. Now my nails came out so cute, they were perfect and exactly what I wanted. This place also gives out regular promotions so I got a 5% discount for being a first time customer. I definitely recommend coming here to get pampered.

Alexandra Lazzarinetti I had made an appointment online, same day for AM hours. I walked in, checked in and received a text message they were unable to accommodate me, I was told next time to call ahead. However they were so nice to accommodate me. I was in and out. I got a Gel X French tip, a little in the higher prices end but they did a great job! Thank you!!

Alison ODonnell I’ve been going to Herbal Nail Salon in Corona for about a year now. I was super nervous to find a new nail salon because I would consider myself pretty picky when it comes to my nails. I found Hana for my nails (acrylics, gel x, & manicures) and Ana for my pedicures.. needless to say, I have found my forever nail girls. The salon is always very clean and the ladies are always super welcoming. They are very good at communicating with appointments and if they are running behind! If you’re looking for a new nail salon, you should come to Herbal Nails, you won’t be disappointed!!!!

Jajaira Gonzalez I LOVE my nails! They did exactly what I asked for without telling me how they would look better if I did different colors/things (like other places), & the man made my natural nails look like acrylics! Cleaned them up really nice & double checked his work & kept asking me if they looked okay in between. All for just $40! Reasonable prices & friendly staff!

Coco B Definitely one of the best pedicure experiences I have ever had. Very thorough and professional techs that took their time on myself and my husband. Well worth the cost. Relaxing, calm atmosphere and herbal tea was served also which just helped to complete this positive experience. Highly recommend this establishment.

Michelle Song The nicest staff… Hands down! I came to get a dip removal and another color right before a wedding. The staff were warm and welcoming, and worked to fit me in. They did a fantastic job with my removal and gel extensions. I’m visiting from Seattle but wish they were close to home. Highly recommend if you’re in the area.

Nikita Duggal Wouldnt recommend them!Me and my mom went to them on the mothers day.They are so unprofessional .mani and pedi was so fast with no massage at all.The nail lady was going after every one min to attend calls n other costumers. They keep talking in their own language which is annoying as we couldnt understand it. They were so rude and didnt listen to our preferences. Poked nails in my cuticles They bleed so badly when she was doing and after.nails done were also bad And they came off after 3 days.

Briana Guzman I love them ! My niece introduced me about a year ago and it’s been my go to nail salon ever since! Lynn and Kelly are the ones I typically make my appointments with. However, every specialist is amazing! My price seems high but that’s because I typically get the number 6 package for my feet plus with gel etc

Quinn Guenther I got gel X nails with Jenny and she did a fantastic job! She took so much care to make sure I had what I wanted throughout the whole process and I couldn’t be happier. I got a gold chrome nail tip set and they are STUNNING. She was so sweet to talk to through the whole process - I will definitely be back!

Patricia Garcia The manicurist did everything she could to make my nails just the way I wanted them! I like my nails narrow and natural looking. I always go to this Salon for Powder dip and half arm wax. The ladies here are very sweet. Thank you!!!

Mikahela Skinner Ive been going here for about 2 years now. I get gel builder extension and they always do a beautiful job. Meticulous cuticle clean up a plus! I bring my hubby and my daughter sometimes and they always take such great care of them too!

olivia sian I’ve been going to Ivy for years. She took over the business for her cousin Ty who moved out of state and got new pedicure chairs. Her team is quick and my nails last 3 weeks every time without breaking. Really great quality

Caitlin Bryant Been coming here for over 6 years!!! Ivy can do so many different nail designs. I get the dip manicure and regular pedicure. A dip manicure without design is only $45! Pedicures are around $25-$30!!! Affordable, nice and always call for an appt or to see if they can take a walk in.

DOUJAE RICE The environment is very relaxing and the people that work here seem sweet. I came based on a yelp review showing an amazing pedicure in hopes of getting a crisp, square shape. Although I enjoyed the service (massage, accommodations, etc.), the shape/pedicure was not what I was looking for. The shape was rounded even though I really emphasized square and my cuticles were a little over-cut/bloody. Overall though, the pedicure was clean, I enjoyed the leg massage and they were nice but I probably wont return.

Kristine Wilson Vivian gives the best pedicures. They are very cheap in pricing! $47 for a deluxe spa pedicure with scrub, paraffin, marine mask, hot stone massage, and callous treatment. She has never hurt me and I get ingrowns like crazy!

Michelle Nunez In all my years of getting my nails done, something always goes wrong, and I end up leaving with the best they could do and never fully satisfied. So many salons Ive gone to and this is the first time ever leaving a nail salon 100% satisfied. They are very detail oriented and are quick to catch their own mistakes and fix it.

You make me so happy every time I look at my nails. It was time for a new set of Acrylic Nails (I get a new set every 3-4 months) and of course a wonderful Pedicure. I had a very happy day. Isabel Killeen Moon is hands-down the best nail tech I’ve been to. She’s super consistent, really detail-oriented, and just overall great at what she does. I always leave happy with how my nails look, and the whole experience is just easy and comfortable. She’s also really kind, which makes a difference. Definitely recommend her if you’re looking for someone reliable and talented.

McKenna Brockway I always go here for my nails. Queen is always my go-to and she does an excellent job, so no doubt I went to her for my wedding nails this week! Definitely recommended her work with dip powder services~

Daniela Macias I went in for a Gel X Manicure and regular pedicure. I got Liz as my manicurist and she did a phenomenal job. I got the exact design I asked for in a timely manner and she’s super kind. For my pedicure I got Holly. She gave the best foot massage. Would definitely ask for both of them again.

Corrine Poorman MOI Nail Salon is hands down the best place for manicure and pedicure services! The technicians are incredibly skilled artists who consistently deliver flawless results. The service is fast without ever feeling rushed, and the quality is unmatched. Every gel x or hard gel treatment I’ve had has been solid, with minimal chipping or lifting — they always last me 3+ weeks, which is amazing. The consistency is what keeps me coming back! I also absolutely LOVE my technician RAY — he rules! I can confidently say I’ll only ever come here for my nails. If you’re looking for top-notch work and long-lasting results, MOI is it.

Ca Rjo Place is fantastic!!!!!! Ive been there couple of times and I wish I lived near by to go there often. Service outstanding, And the cold water was a nice touch very appreciated!!! Great prices and I saw they have specials this mouth Everything is nice and the ladies are so welcoming. I recommend Well unfortunately after one month my nails got completely botched the last person who did my nails destroyed them completely and now Im dealing with no nails problem never come back and hopefully that person stop doing nails she clearly doesnt know what she is doing

Rachel Cohen Amy did a fabulous job with my gel mani! I showed her a couple pictures to describe what I wanted and she knocked it out of the park. Amy was super detail oriented, neat, and kind. $65 felt like a really fair price for gel removal, gel mani + French/art. The place was super busy for the holidays, but it was really clean and everyone was nice. I think I finally found my new neighborhood nail spot!

ginniejr This was my first time coming here and I also brought one of my besties! It was her first time EVER getting a mani + pedi, so I wanted to make sure I found us a good salon! I saw the reviews for this salon were great and was able to get us an appointment the day and time I wanted. Upon arriving there, we were greeted and catered to right away. They had so many options for colors and helped us pick the color we wanted the most! I originally booked us for a regular mani + pedi but we changed our minds to get gel instead and I’m super pleased with how my nails turned out and my bestie loves her nails too and she had a great first time experience! This was the first salon I went to that did not have us sit in a massage chair with the pedicure tub attached to it and honestly I think I liked that better, I was able to sit more comfortably. Everyone was super attentive to us and it was nice to see such a good team work together and support each other. We will definitely be coming back to this salon for our self care days. Melisa Des Rosiers Ive gone to Cloverdale salon a couple of times and have had excellent service with a lot of attention to detail every time. I recently got my first ever gel nail extensions, and Grace did such an amazing job! I gave little direction ("I want them pointy! And longish, but not too crazy") but she killed it! Theyre so pointy and sparkly, I love my nails! Grace had ALL the patience with me, too, since I messed up and smudged a nail during the process, not once but twice. The salon is small and pretty straightforward, but clean, professional, and welcoming. Ive been to bigger "luxury" nail salons where the quality and service were not nearly as good as Cloverdale. Highly recommend this neighborhood gem!

Alexandra Valerio One of the best nail experiences I’ve had in Los Angeles. I was in and out in an hour for both my nails and my feet. She also was able to salvage my original nail and just do gel over it, which I’ve been looking to do at other places, and they’ve said that I couldn’t do it. They were super fast great service, and their prices are very reasonable.
