Warren: My girl is a regular, so when she made an appointment I drove like hell to get there on time, but when we got there we waited almost an hour for her manicure (they had taken walk-ins and stacked them ten deep). We were on a tight schedule (going to Scary Farm for our anniversary) but these fools straight ignored us. What’s the point of making appointments? If we were late I would have felt terrible, but they finally took her 45 min past our appointment time with no apology or explanation or nothing. They obviously don’t value their customers. And my girl’s two favorite girls quit recently so that should tell you what’s going on behind the scenes. Plus the place reeks of chemicals and dirty feet. Never going back. (I canceled my pedicure I was so pissed)
