Robin Utley I have a child who is very nervous around dentists and has been unable to get procedures with other dentists. She was very taken care of here. They were able to relax her before her procedure so that she was able to get over her fear of needles. The procedure that she had was very quick so she did not have to be in the chair long and overall she has had a very good experience.

My family and I had previously been very satisfied with the care provided, specifically praising the kid-friendly environment and the gentle, understanding approach of the doctors. This was a key factor in our decision to choose your location. However, our most recent visit was drastically different. The waiting room was overcrowded and chaotic, with a significant wait time of over two hours. During this time, I observed a severe staff-to-patient ratio; I only saw two doctors attending to more than fifteen children. While most of the staff were kind and helpful, I did unfortunately encounter one individual, Crystal, who displayed a noticeably unprofessional and rude attitude. Our primary concern, however, centers on the treatment provided by Dr. Thomas. My childrens procedure, involving crowns, was performed in a rushed and excessively rough manner, causing them significant pain and discomfort. Their distress was evident, and I was extremely concerned by the lack of care shown during this process. My children were in shock of how rough Dr. Thomas was. YOU ARE WORKING WITH CHILDREN LEARN TO BE GENTLE !

Kevin Tarbell My wife and I have gone to Holistic Dental Arts for our family dentistry for several years now. They do an extremely thorough job with cleanings. Chelsea is incredible as a dental hygienist. Ive had mercury metals removed from 30 year old filings, and they do a process that protects from toxins and toxic gases even during the removal. Theyre ozone treatment is an option at every cleaning and they address overall gum health and healing each time we arrive for anything. I had a cracked tooth and a cap issue from improper work decades ago. They not only resolved the cracking but repaired the tooth without root canal, which was a less than ideal option and the only option other dentistry offered. Dr Z was the most skilled and expert insight into my situation to be able to do a proper repair without use of toxic materials. Couldnt be more grateful. Highly recommend without question.

Ramon Morin Went for a deep cleaning a while back, it was 2 sessions. They did half my teeth the 1st time and the other half the 2nd time. Each time they charged me over $130. I do Not recommend this place to anyone. They are better at marketing and charging you than actually doing their job. They also said I had cavities. Come to find out my teeth are good. Thank God I found a good honest dentist. They only charge $108 Total for a deep cleaning!

Casey Hardig I can not recommend this dentist. I came in for a simple repair for a broken silver filling. I waited an hour to get x-rays and was told I needed 3 fillings, but they didnt have time to actually do the work that day. The next day, I got into the chair pretty fast. The 3 fillings somehow turned into 4, and they tried to gaslight me, so I questioned how necessary they actually were. Was also told they couldnt do all four that day, so thats another appointment. I got 2 numbing shots and was ignored in their uncomfortable chair for an hour. When she finally got to me, I guess the numbness wore off because the drilling hurt, so she gave me two more shots, which is ridiculous for a single tooth. 2 1/2 hours later, the work was "finished," and the bite felt completely off. She adjusts it and I take a picture of my tooth with my phone and I swear it was the worst job I have ever seen. Jagged with craters where the old fillings were and uncomfortably close together, but I was too numb to know the bite was still bad. Had awful jaw pain that night, and as the numbness wore off, it was clear Id have to get it adjusted because I felt nails on chalkboard scrapping every time I closed my mouth I also pulled a piece out and wasnt sure if it was filling or tooth. It turns out it was extra filling caught between the extra tight spacing. I went back two more times for them to adjust the bite, and a month later, its still doesnt feel right and is causing me jaw pain. I still feel the scraping every time I apply toothpaste. Now I have to find a new dentist to hopefully correct it. I will not be returning for the other two fillings out of fear of them being butchered as well. Just look at the picture, I think theres even a small hole in the middle. The staff is nice, dont get me wrong, but having to spend four of my days off sitting in the dentist chair for over 5 hours to receive poor quality work that a month later is still causing me issues is unacceptable.

The doctor is very caring and takes her time listening to your problems unlike other dental locations who don’t give much attention to the patient. The receptionist, as well as the dental assistants are very kind. They will answer any questions you have. They provide a quick service at the time of your scheduled appointment which I love! I recall waiting over an hour after my scheduled appointments at other locations. This is my preferred place and I am very happy!

Dr. Nazeri and her team do their very best to work with multiple insurances and quote based on the limitations of the insurance you have. They are trustworthy and I have never been worried about the service. They are available to help when we need them and they are friendly and fun. Do not mistake a traditional dentist model that every dentist has of reviewing information and quoting as a negative thing. It is just how it is done. I love going here and have been a patient for almost 10 years now. I actually enjoy going to the dentist because of this amazing team.

She is by far the most efficient and professional receptionist I have ever had. I was very angry because I kept getting the run around from every dental office in Orange County. Even though my insurance didnt cover with United Dental Care Myra went above and beyond. She called my insurance until they she got my coverage and eligibility information. Brayden Green Went here as it was the quickest medi cal accepting dentist I could get into with urgent tooth pain. Dentist did not recognize how far along infection had gone. Said pain would get better as antibiotics continued and refused to fill more than motrin. Ended up having to go to urgent care, as all my symptoms were getting worse. Urgent care immediately sent me to the ER. Ended up spending a lot of $ for the same treatment a dentist who knew what he was doing could have prevented.

T N Iam waiting 3 months for my implants appointment and today is my appointment and they wait last minutes and said Dr. Koi dont feel uncomfortable to do my implants. Very ashamed of this place Dr and staffs, stay away.
