2 /5 Janette Werner: Still on the leary side of opinions. I keep hoping that the outcome will be worth the debt Ive put myself in. A constant problem now is getting an appointment scheduled. A call back on the many messages Ive left would be helpful. Very frustrating. I may have to drive to the office myself.

5 /5 Tricia Mckee: I called the office to complain about my previous visit there but I spoke with Myra their front office receptionist. She is by far the most efficient and professional receptionist I have ever had. I was very angry because I kept getting the run around from every dental office in Orange County. Even though my insurance didnt cover with United Dental Care Myra went above and beyond. She called my insurance until they she got my coverage and eligibility information. I am really considering just being a cash patient with Dr. Bakaen. Dr. Bakaen you have an excellent receptionist. I look forward to getting my teeth cleaned and maintanced by United Dental Care. 1 /5 Hanoi Chang: Very disappointed , the worst dentist office ever , they never call me back to finish the treatment , only worry about the money , putting the insurance together to do stuff you don’t need , I’m not recommending this place to anybody , very unprofessional
