Jennifer Klein I can’t speak for everyone at the salon, but after my experiences I wouldn’t recommend Hallie Dikeman. In all of my time I have never had an experience like I did this last time. She colored my hair & was supposed to cut it, but forgot & asked that I come back as she already styled it. It was a bit of a hassle (as I live an hour away from the salon), but I came back for the haircut…not the end of the world. Before coming back for my cut I noticed there were sections in my hair that were quite orange-y (my hair is supposed to be brown with icey blond highlights), & pointed this out to her. She then responded with “I don’t see it” while I pointed directly at it. Then she says I can put some toner on it, but not today (even though she didn’t have any clients after me & was just going to leave), which I even said “ok, I’ll come back next week”, & I thought that was it. When I followed up with her once I knew my schedule she said she would need to collect $75 (to fix her mistake). Never in all my time have I had a stylist require me to pay for a color correct. After talking to 3 other stylists I know (2 barbers that are trained in coloring, but don’t do it & a new stylist I will now be going to), they all IMMEDIATELY saw the orange & all said the same thing “she didn’t fully & accurately tone your hair”. On top of that, she forgot my haircut twice (which is supposed to be included in the haircut). I’d dismiss it as forgetfulness, but she always managed to recommend add-on services. Btw, if you go, don’t bother with the K18 mask…you can buy an entire bottle for about half the cost of one treatment on amazon. Save yourself some money & heartache & don’t go to Hallie D.

Dylan B AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! Our hairstylists Victoria and Hallie did an awesome job. My friend and I got our hair dyed together at the same time, same day. So happy with how my hair turned out, I got an ashy bleach for my entire head. Super fun and would recommend to anyone who needs to get their hair done at a salon. Thanks to my hairstylist Victoria for doing an awesome job and making the right calls. Go to Unity for a fun, professional experience!

Amy Mulligan I called for a same day apt. They got me in no problem. Everyone was super nice and the shop was really cool. They were able to to a gray color and fix a horrible pixie cut that I had got previously. Thank you Brittany!

Destiny Pantoja I came to get my hair dyed recently by Helen! And she did amazing! I was in search for someone and somewhere to get my hair done at that made me feel comfortable. I found just the place with her! I loved her positive energy! And just welcoming and homey vibe I got was so perfect! I’ll definitely be coming back again! Thank you Helen!❤️

A E This is the second time coming to this salon. The first time, I did a walk-in and was assigned to April. I recommend on setting up an appointment. She is super nice and does a great job on my super thick hair. I showed her a picture of what look I was going for and she achieved it. She’s not pushy on selling products (like some other hair stylists) and she is very helpful when I have questions regarding how to style my hair. I will continue to see April as long as she works here! Great quality of work and affordable! Thank again, April!

lizzie My stylist was hector, he was very nice and listened to what I wanted. The atmosphere was very comforting and the service was very good, planning to go again.

Lanika Campbell I was able to have my call answered as I was leaving a voicemail to receive a call back and today is a holiday Im not sure why some of you are having a issue with connecting with this business. My phone call with Latweet was helpful and satisfactory. I was able to book my appointment for the tomorrow at 9:00am. Me and my husband Darrell look forward to our visit at this location.

mostly simple Irene is an expert manicurist who has been working in the field for over 35 years. Her pedicures are one of the best in town.

Talking Human Ms. Joy always makes my hair look great. She is so kind, professional and talented!

K Hubbard I’m very surprised to read the reviews regarding Erica the receptionist because I have been coming here for several years and every single time I’ve walked in the door she doesn’t speak to you! Nothing!!! Doesn’t even look up! I’m sitting here right now and watched several people walk in and nothing to them either. She’s walked by me a couple times and doesn’t acknowledge I’m sitting here. She’s too busy on her cellphone. That is so rude to have the person at the entrance of your business not greet people that walk through your door! Very unprofessional! I’m sure she’s very sweet to the people that work here or people she knows but she needs some customer service training considering where she sits.

Bailey Rankin I am a hairdresser at salon district and I am super grateful to have Erica as our receptionist! She’s very attentive and assertive to all of our needs. She keeps our building clean and organized 24/7 and is always around to help us or answer any questions we have, even on her off days! If you have not visited our location yet, I highly recommend you do!

Rachel Richard Rocio always does a fantastic cutting my hair! She manages my layers and bangs well, always squeezes me in whenever I call, and has helped me get my hair so strong and healthy. She has established my hair style for me in a way that flatters my facial features. I highly recommend!

AlmaViannae Arriaga Place is amazing. I go in and see Reyna Bombshell Nails. She does an amazing job at doing nails. She makes you feel so comfortable and makes you laugh. Love getting my nails done by her I get multiple compliments on my nails even weeks after Ive been in. I highly recommend Reyna for anyone looking to get their nails done.

Natalie nicole I got my hair lightened for a good price. Went somewhere else they said they couldnt do my hair how i wanted it as fast and charged too much but these ladies were on it n did a nice job..ana did exactly what i asked for Micky is also a sweet lady..will be going back again

Mary Garcia This place is a joke. No one comes out to greet you. They dont even know you there. I called to set up an appointment for a brow wax. My appointment was at 3:30 I got there at 3:25, and I was still there waiting @ 4:30, and she finally acknowledged me had me sit in back and still waited. I finally got up and left. Im sorry but my time is just as important, So I walked out. If your to busy dont make an appointment that you cant keep and have client wait for an hour and half.

Crystal Ramirez I had a great experience with this salon especially with my hair stylist Erika. First time walking into this location!!! I called around 10am I had a botched hair cut at another salon and was looking to fix my hair. the receptionist that answered my call was super nice and helpful she scheduled me for 3pm same day consultation only with Erika. I heard wrong I guess out of desperation so I showed up at 2pm and Erika still attended me. Erika seen my hair and seen how messed up my hair was and how sad I was and she right away squeezed me in and fixed my hair. I am grateful for her my hair looks so amazing. I will definitely be going back. I highly recommend this salon especially Erika.

Jade Greenlee I love coming to this salon. I have had haircuts and stylings done by multiple people in the salon including Sabrina, Bailey, Tara, and Vallie. I have also had my nails done by Denise. Everyone has treated me like family and has always made sure I love what my hair looks like before I leave. The salon is professional and you can tell that everyone truly cares about each other. The salon itself is beautifully designed and well taken care of. I recommend anyone in the salon to everyone I know because I know they will get taken care of properly.

Fatima I highly recommend this salon!! Johnny is the best! He is very caring and attentive to his clients’ needs. He took the time to hear what I wanted done to my hair and he delivered amazing results. Everyone there is so friendly. The salon is clean and beaming with warmth, all staff there makes you feel welcomed and at home. If you are looking for the best hairstylist I town, I recommend Johnny. His work is amazing! He is knowledgeable and loves to do his best while still attending to his customers needs. I have dying my hair blonde with him and let me tell you, he is the only one that has made my blonde look gorgeous. I have also done hair extensions with him and they are beautifully done. Currently I went in to go brunette and he once again delivered! So please with his work!

sylvia Erika dyed my hair and she did an amazing job!! She was very friendly and knowledgeable. The transformation of my hair is incredible. I absolutely would recommend getting your hair done by Erika.

Christopher Dominguez It was such a great experience, if youre a guy who is having trouble figuring out what to do with your hair, I wholeheartedly recommend this place. Getting my hair cut was wonderful thanks to laurie, it was the first time I have ever been able to have a real conversation about my hair and how it relates to my face and head shape. She gave me a great haircut that complimented how I look and she somehow managed to thin out my stubborn ,straight,thick hair when no one else that had touched my hair prior could figure out how to do it. Definitely going to be coming here from now on.

Went from long to med haircut & total chop job,ended up having to cut it all off to fix the damage that was done! Should have known half way thru when SHE telling me bout another client crying in her chair bout her messing up her hair!?!?

Michelle Hartman Still waiting on my hair extensions to be returned to me. Stylist held onto them n took them home. Been trying for months to get my very expensive hair extensions returned to me. Very surprised by her behavior. May have to file with the courts to either get my hair returned to me or the money i had paid for them. Very sad and disappointing she was a great hair stylist. Understand she been on maternity leave. But this has gone on too long and now no responses. They all seemed very professional. Had a great experience with them till this. Will be including the salon in my civil suit if hair isnt returned. Have been trying for a year or more now. Stylist stopped returning my text messages. Kinda heartbreaking to end this way. Would of highly recommended them if it hadnt been for all this now.

Queensizedfun1 Very friendly ladies, clean salon. Efficient timewise. Ashley is the one who did my hair and gave me exactly what I asked for. Decent stock of product for various types of hair. They even carry a line thats marketed toward men. This salon is in the Trader Joes parking lot.

mindy woodward Great atmosphere, great products, and very educated and precise stylists that meet all needs. Comfortable, relaxing all around fabulous!! Nails, Estitician, Makeup Artist and Waxing...everything in one beautiful place. Blessed to be a part of such a wonderful team!

Linda Olson Review of this place was not accurate. I’m still trying to recover from a haircut from Cathy. Wanted a shape and trim (per a photo I bought) and end up after 45 minutes in the chair, with a pixie (which was cut on dry hair). People really need to review accurately for the rest of us. Oh, and it cost $45 plus tip.

Bryn Allard Love love love this place! Everyone is so nice and makes you feel very welcomed. As someone who has a very difficult hair type, I was really nervous to go, but they stepped right up and handled my hair. Savannah and Jessica always know exactly what I want with my hair and execute it beautifully. My hair always looks so good and feels so healthy! I cannot recommend this place enough!

Mardi Yeary I love Sip and Style! It is ultimate relaxation on a practical level. The only place you can go after a long day or week of work with dirty hair and be completely revived. You can enjoy a beverage and have a professional expertly wash, blowout and style your hair while you take a breath from your fast paced existence. It’s a practical indulgence that is completely worth the investment. Highly recommend.
