Sandra Nallely Husband and I received a cut and style from this place. We both had appointments but we still waited 30+ minutes. He does not know how to cut curly hair. My husbands hair (hes Italian) was somehow disheveled at the end, and his curls were just super dry and not defined at all. His hair looked awful. His hair is usually silky and his curls are naturally well defined. His hair just needed a trim and shaping, but he got a chop and disfigurement. My wavy hair was also off. The person before us had long blonde straight hair, so I figured my slightly waved hair would be fine. It was not, we had to visit another salon to feather out the chop chops . I dont know how they have a 4.7 review. Worst hair mistake we both made. Guy was kind, but never again.

Johanna PJoga Ahmed gave me the best hair treatment and customer service experience. The protein treatment he gave me left my hair soft, shiny, straight and just so beautiful and manageable. I truly appreciate his attention to detail and dedication to give me the best results. I truly admire his dedication. I can tell he is so passionate about providing the best service and truly enjoys what he does. He is so patient and does not cut corners, but takes the time he needs to achieve excellent results. I truly enjoyed the whole experience. I bought great products from him for my hair. He is very reasonable with his price. He is an expert on Brazilian products and treatments, and provided me with useful tips and resources that can help me continue to take care of my hair. Im thankful I found Ahmeds salon. He is unique and an expert in this field. I totally recommend his services.

Mariana Rocha I recently visited a Brazilian salon and couldnt be more excited about the results! I had a straightening treatment done by the wonderful Ahmad. My hair has never felt so soft and looks incredibly shiny! Although the process took about three hours, it was more than worth my time and money. Ahmad made me feel very comfortable and clearly knows what he’s doing; he is a true expert! I will definitely be going back! It was worth every penny—theres no sign of frizz at all! I love it!

Tristin Terrible Customer Service. Beware when dealing with them. They will take your money and when not satisfied with what they do they turn around and blame the stylist saying they are self contractors. No accountability. Don’t be fooled by the good reviews. Those are there for when they do a good job but if they don’t they will just ghost you. Oh and the best part is they will block you on every social media platform!

Lisa Morris I went to salon 9 for the first time and had such an amazing experience! The staff was so nice when I came in, helping me right away! I got my hair done by Jeanna, and let me just say I’m so amazed! She did such an amazing job, was super quick but through, and just a sweet person. I am not one to get my hair done very often because I have had bad experiences in the past, but I 1000% recommend Jeanna! I loved how my hair turned out! She did a wonderful job and am recommending all my friends to go to her now! So happy I finally found a good hairstylist!

Kayla Loeb Emma is the best hair stylist Ive ever had! Ive never been so happy with my haircuts - shes incredible!

Lourdes Went to get highlights but damaged my hair. Letty is a really nice lady but the owner Yoly kept trying to make her overcharge me. And when I told her to have her customer wear a mask she started getting an attitude with Letty and telling her to clean up the area I was sitting at. Wow, Yoly is extremely childish and unprofessional.

Teresa Nolazco I take my son here regularly and they always treat him nicely and cut hair great. For me and my daughter we go randomly and are always happy with our cuts.

Laura Manning Yolis salon is the best! Yoli generally does my hair, and she does an amazing job! Letty and Gabby have also done my hair also amazing! I often get compliments on my hair;. And asked where I get my hair done. I always keep cards on me to pass out!

My barber Ahmad listened carefully to what I wanted and delivered a precise, flawless haircut. The shop is impeccably clean, with sanitized tools and a relaxing atmosphere. Booking was easy, and the service was top-notch, including complimentary beverages. Anaheim Stylists is my new go-to for a fantastic grooming experience. Highly recommend!

Cj Negrete Excellent service! Very clean barbershop, and professional staff. Every stylist here is incredibly skilled and very courteous. Beard trims, haircuts, skin care, you name it. They will have you looking your best on your first visit. Come see for yourself.

Saadeddine M. Antar I’ve had a haircut and beard trim when I was visiting in town. The gentleman did a great job without a doubt. Make sure you call before hand for availability. I did think it was a little bit expensive but I’d still go again if I was in town.

Amanda Conley Word that comes to mind is WOW! I called in the morning because I had just come here for vacation and my extension had begun to come out on one side! The very nice lady I spoke to on the phone said absolutely come right in. I was completely baffled! When I came to the salon they were able to see me right away and were so kind. They fixed me up right away like a NASCAR pit crew and had my hair looking and feeling amazing in no time! I HIGHLY recommend Meedo hair salon! 10/10!!

Layla Fulton My fav place to go to in OC for a silk press and trim. She answered all my questions I had and recommend amazing products for my hair. 10/10 . She also is super quick and does AMAZING as you can see.

Karina Aranda I took my daughter in last weekend to get her hair relaxed and straightened. Eve did an amazing job on my preteen, she came out with a smile and loves her hair outcome. My daughters hair is very difficult to manage (about 4C hair type) and Eve did wonders on her hair. My daughter and I are happy with the results. Im glad I found a new hair salon for my kiddo.

Nyameka Parker Arleen did an amazing job with my hair. I really needed to get my hair done I called later in the day and I was accommodated with their earliest appointment at 8:30 am the next day. Arleen did a very professional and impressive knotless braid style that I wanted I am very happy with my new look and I feel lite and fresh on my head. I will definitely come back and support this Black-owned business with Black Excellency customer care.

Kimberly Muro I am speaking from experience that happened years ago and i regret not doing anything about it. I came in to get a haircut and I was 13 years old. Three days later after the haircut my scalp was itchy and I told my mom. I got lice from this place. Although this happened a long time ago I still wouldn’t trust going to this hair salon not knowing if they clean hairbrushes properly until this day. Im still upset that this happened. There are other hair salons that you can go to I do recommended going to other salons that are self owned businesses. Look on social media there are amazing hair stylists that do an amazing job. Afterall I would never reccomend going here at all.

Sophia Jaber Went to this place and regretted my decision the minute I walked in there. Don’t get your eyebrows done if you want to keep the skin on your eye lids. This lady put cold wax on my first eye and I already knew it was down hill. She not only put the wax on cold but she put it so far down my eye and then tried to make the excuse that my eye is “sensitive” and I had a lot of hair. I HAVE GOTTEN MY BROWS WAXED BEFORE AND NEVER HAD AN ISSUE. I asked for a brow wax, not an eye lid wax. Then she does the other eye and RIPS the skin off that one too. DONT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING WAX RELATED. They charged me $17 and I left a $20 for that ridiculous excuse of a service.

rowan Ive been here twice and both have been great experiences! A lot of times when I get haircuts I feel that I cant really speak up but here that was never an issue I was even encouraged to give feedback during the process. When I had highlights done I was too nervous to say I was kinda unhappy with there not being a lot on the front, but we called back and got that fixed free of charge! Great place that I dont get haircut anxiety over

Monica Alvarado Highly recommend David! I have been doing my hair with him for 10+ years - all different cuts and colors! He is such a pleasure to be around. He is friendly and creates a comfortable environment. This is important to me considering the amount of time you are there. He never dissapoints. The salon overall does a great job of keeping the place clean. Plus, there’s free coffee!

Nancy Sanchez First time here, and I loved it! Farzina did a fantastic job with my brows. I couldnt even remember the last time I got them done, but she reshaped them and gave me that lifted look I was looking for. The place was nice, private, and clean. Ill be coming back ❤️

Emily Ann Ive been coming here for about 8 years. Theyre always kind and know exactly what theyre doing. My eyebrows always come out exactly how I want them to. If you get there right when they open, you typically have to wait about 15 minutes for the first person to get there.

Rosa Jimenez Kayla is amazing!!! I was recommended to her by my sister and I went to Kayla for over 2yrs and she never disappointed. I always walked out with a huge smile and super pleased with my hair! She knows what she’s doing… and so patient when my baby needed me during the time I was in her chair. Various times I went to Kayla to fix my hair because I would experiment and then go back for her to fix me. I only trusted her. She is truly great at what she does. Lovely lady and very honest regarding her work she doesn’t make you think she knows what she’s doing, she shows you with results that she does know what she is doing.

Xiomara Avila I went in as a walk in for long layers and I was with Patty. She is such a sweetheart! She gave me exactly what I asked for and she gave back my hair that bounce it used to have. She gave me tips on how to care for my natural hair. She fixed up my bangs a bit and she made me feel so comfortable with her. Felt like I’d known her for years! I will definitely be coming back ☺️

Anais This is the only place my son will get his haircut. I also take my brother here and because of his autism he tends to be sensitive to sounds and certain sensations. They have always been patient with him which I appreciate. Overall great place.

Sam It was my first time cutting my hair here and I loved it. I do plan on going again to cut my hair because Adela was incredible and did an amazing job. I left with a huge smile on my face because of the result. You also feel extremely comfortable and welcomed there.

Hanan R Great salon I went there yesterday to do my hair. I asked to dye my hair auburn and I am very pleased with the service, the environment and the results. Affaf is a really sweet and comfortable person who has a nice touch in hair styling. I wear a hijab so I was kind of concerned about the conservitivity of the place and what it offers ...but I was not disappointed, thank God. It was my first time there and its definitely not going to be my last. Great job!

christine Sawaya If I could give 10++ I would not hesitate. I have been coming to Cleopatra for 20 years now and never been disappointed. This is a family owned salon. They dont try to get you to buy or to do what is not necessary on your hair. On the contrary, they do their best to suit your needs. Not only for hair. Jumana is also the best of the best regarding facials of all kinds. This salon is the best in all California.

Tania Katbi Staff made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The prices are very affordable. The place is clean and very close to Disneyland. They do everything from nails, waxing, and hair services! I was able to walk in without an appointment on a weekday, but one the weekends you may need one. I recommend!
