Adele Gloria is amazing. She gives great haircuts and is incredibly kind and fun to be around. She also gave me advice on the best way to brush my hair for my specific haircut.

Shyila c Went in to get my roots bleached and they left it patchy and uneven. Some parts were still black from my natural color. They refused to rebleach it to fix it because my “hair would break” even though I told them it was healthy enough to survive a second bleaching. Had to fix it myself at home. Not worth $110

Jessica Pacheco I went in today for a hair cut with Gloria and she was very nice and friendly. She did a better job than the reference photo I showed and I would definitely go back again.

Ari Rogers I’ve been seeing Brianna, owner of SB Salon, since 2021 starting with my wedding hair and have been a client ever since. I’ve watched SB salon go from the half of the duplex, to the beautifully expanded space it is today. Brianna knows exactly what she’s doing and puts me at ease that my hair will always turn out how I imagine. As someone who grew up with a mother who is hairstylist, it was scary to trust anyone else so my hair. I fully trust Brianna to deliver amazing color and cut for me every time. Not just Brianna though, her team is wonderful as well and is a testament to how high of a standard Brianna sets for her business.

Mary Moore On a whim I found Eva (from SB Salon’s IG), loved what I saw of her work and needed a new colorist so I booked. I’d recently had a hair experience with another stylist that made me feel unsure about my ability to communicate what I want lol. Not with Eva.. she really took the time to LISTEN and just has a super sweet and genuine nature that makes you feel like you’re in caring and skilled hands. My hair was pretty worn out from the prior mishaps, and she really gave it a healthy and natural looking reset. I can’t wait to book with her again once I have some grow out. Thank you Eva!

Jeff is not only their rival in haircutting talent and quality, his color is out of this world too. I literally have people ask me every other day where I get my cut & color. Rebecca Tucker I discovered Victoria McHone (one of the stylists and colorists now at Matson & Co) through a friend who had amazing hair color. I went for hair color, and ALSO discovered Victoria is the first hair stylist Ive ever had that really took the time (and has the skill!!) to cut my curly/wavy and generally moody hair. I send all my friends to Victoria. Shes also just a rad person and 10000% enjoyable to chat with (or not if thats not your thing at the hair salon, she gets it.)

Dorothy Gary-Leveille Jeff has been cutting my hair for 15+ years and I was so excited when I found out he and Nada were opening their own salon. He always listens to what Im looking for in a cut and/or color and then either executes that idea perfectly, or steers me towards something similar that will work better for me. Most recently he has done a balayage on my hair and I am ecstatic! Its been a month and a half since he first colored it and I am still getting compliments on the cut and color from friends and coworkers. The new salon is lovely: the location is convenient and the space is clean and minimalist without being clinical or uncomfortable. I would refer anyone looking for a great cut, color & salon experience to Matson & Co!

J CR Tracy is amazing!!! She put the microbead extensions in my hair a few months ago and it looks great. Matched the extensions to my hair PERFECTLY. Staff is very friendly and make you feel very comfortable not to mention, the salon is gorgeous.

Christina Noriega Lennon Always a joy to go in for my haircuts! They know how to bring out the best from my curly hair, and I leave feeling beautiful! The receptionist is always friendly and sweet, and I do appreciate the reminder call a day before my appointments! Parking can be a little more effort at times, but I allow some extra time for that...

Sarah Robin Ive been seeing Selena for hair coloring services for years and the experience has only gotten better since she and Elyse opened Luce. Its a cute salon is clean and thoughtfully styled. The ladies are so welcoming and always do exceptional work, whether its coloring or extensions. They offer high quality products and work with you to understand and help you achieve your hair goals - mine being blonde coloring, long length, and more volume, for example. I highly recommend the salon, Selena, and Elyse!

Sadye Terre Elyse is the best in town. She specializes in blondes and will not steer you wrong!!!! She’s the most kind and hardworking hairdresser out there. She’s worked at the best salons in town and has now opened her own!!! Thankfully she took over Luce and has blessed SB with the perfect place for all your hair needs.

Leilani Barnes I love Luce salon! Hannah Yoo is very kind and very talented. She did my highlights and impressed me with how natural looking they turned out. I’m so happy with the results !!! She was really fun to talk to and made me feel comfortable. Luce salon was cute and clean and there was free parking.

Vilma Elvir Oh my gosh, I have never been to such an amazing hair salon! The service here is absolutely exceptional. Norma gave me the cutest French bob, and I am beyond thrilled with the results – I truly love it and feel like I’ve gained so much confidence. I also have thinning hair, and Joel was incredibly helpful, offering great tips on managing my fine, thin hair and recommending some wonderful products to try. If you’re looking for an exceptional salon in SB, I can’t recommend this place highly enough. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

J W Tiffany is great and she hires good people too! And beyond her obvious wisdom and expertise with hair & beauty (even though its really about whats on the inside!), she listens well to random people who drop by her salon to say hello, and arent even a regular paying cu$tomer (yet); like me. So, whats that tell ya? If you need your hair, etc. done, I highly recommend Blossom Salon.

violet Was looking for a salon near me... literally was very close to me, and as a first time client, I was beyond elated at the results. I needed a haircut (my COVID cut). They were able to take me in the same day I called. They knew exactly what I wanted; worked around my existing highlights, and gave me a cut that blew my mind! Not even 24hrs, and already receiving many compliments!! Brook is AMAZING!! Super detailed, attentive, and one of the sweetest people I’ve met! As is everyone there! The salon is beautiful, clean and sanitized, and cozy looking. LOVE MY CUT, and definitely going back!

Shawn Sullivan With a family of 5 with lots of hair we have struggled to find a Stylist who listen to our needs. Well now we have. Ann and the 19 Blue Staff have far exceeded our expectation. My husband will even take that drive down to the "big" city to get his hair cut from Ann. My daughters and I have long and very thick hair that most places have not been able to cut right. Melissa F. Great Salon! I always go to Ashley or Tawni they are both amazing! They never take away too much length and do what you ask them to do. The clean artsy salon is located right downtown. Try them out, they are great!

Meredith Shannon Nothing but amazing things to say about Ayoola Braiding Bar! From the moment I stepped into her shop I was welcomed into a great environment. Her suite is clean and she had me smiling and laughing the entire time! She’s extremely professional and took the time to do a consultation before we started. My braids turned out great and I will be back ❤️

Andrea tyler Dianne installed lemonade braids for me. She is very professional, knowledgeable and personable. The atmosphere in her business was very warm and inviting paired with laughter and great conversation. She completed my braids to perfection. If you are looking for braiding services, this is the place to go.

coran beck I get my hair done here by Cindy Franco - I love this salon - it is unpretentious with friendly and welcoming staff. Due to COVID restrictions for salons, they created a large patio out back in the parking lot that is fully shaded by a tent and surrounded by large potted plants - creating a lovely green hedge. (As of now appointments are back inside with all employees and clients wearing masks at all times)

Diana Candiss…every inch was a different length. This might’ve been due to the fact that she was literally yanking my head between every snip. I do have to say she did an awesome blowout most likely to disguise her hack job.

Fatemeh Farahmandfar This place is 1 out of 10. If I could Id rate a 0. She over booked and didnt communicate. I made an appointment with SHANNON who, in my opinion, is "THE WORST" person to go to. She is IRRESPONSIBLE, INEFFICIENT, UNPROFESSIONAL, and absolutely IGNORANT. Your time and values are her least interest. I might have had a different experience if I booked with another hair stylist. She made excuses to my face thinking I was clueless! Just to give you all a heads up that dont waste your time with SHANNON and make sure to read the reviews before heading on to book an appointment at this salon. Very disappointed!!

Hazelynn Khoo Sammi was amazing! Super easy to set up an appointment over text. It was my first time ever coloring my hair and she did an awesome job. She made sure she understood my vision before starting. She started by dry cutting my hair with a straight razor to get a feathery look instead of harsh layers. She then did a balayage on my entire head. It was a pretty long process but she was really friendly and we chatted the entire time. She didnt try to force any products on me, but did recommend a few products I could get at the drugstore for upkeep. I would definitely recommend her to anyone for a cut and color!

Marylou Pritchard Excellent customer service and stellar results have been my consistent experience at this salon. Sami is amazing with color. She really understands the science as related to different products, their use, and the type of hair being considered for the product. I have dirty dishwater and graying hair which has become difficult to manage. My color is a deep tone of blonde which highlights my skin tone well. I do receive many compliments on the color of my hair, and also the flattering cut. In the last few years, Ive never left the salon disappointed. This week, I had a last minute need to travel for work and canceled my appointment with less than 24 hour notice. The salon was very gracious and accomodating in getting me in! I appreciate the crew at 1329 and wouldnt hesitate to recommend any of the stylists.

As a hairstylist myself and not knowing anybody I could trust with my hair Im so glad I found her and she knows exactly what shes doing.
