Amanda Botelho I used to be the girl who would go from salon to salon, never really happy with how my hair turned out, until a friend recommended Sarah! I have been getting my hair done at hidden beauty since it opened in the alley. I always book with Sarah and she does amazing balayage, highlights and haircuts. I always leave her salon feeling great and loving the end results! The little cafe bar is also super cute and delicious!

Kelie Had a great experience at Hidden Beauty Salon! The atmosphere was amazing and very welcoming. My stylist was Gina, and she did such a beautiful job cutting my hair. It came out exactly how I wanted it! (I went from having hair all the way down to my butt to cutting it to my shoulder, so a big cut) She also gave me some really helpful tips on how to style my hair, so I left not only feeling beautiful but also confident.

martha jimenez Went to hidden beauty for the first time to get my nails done. Angie did a great job and was very kind always asking me questions to make sure I was satisfied with the colors and shape of my nails. Definitely would recommend

Imelda Sanchez Lupita is very talented & professional. She has a lot of experience & knows exactly what she is doing (which makes the experience better than your average visit to the salon because you know she’s going to do a good job). She’s knowledgeable & I highly recommend her. I would give her more stars if I could.

Flores Carolina (Caro) I had gotten really bad highlights done on my hair at another salon and went to this studio to get it fixed, i asked lupita if she could fix it, I wanted it super blonde and for it to look as natural as possible, and that’s exactly what I got! Lupita did an amazing job and was super friendly. I highly recommend coming here.

Andrea Kottwitz I’m fairly new to the area and had no idea where to go to get my hair done. I’m so glad I found Lupita! She’s so welcoming and professional. My hair feels and looks healthy! I will definitely be returning in a few months!

Lynne Gimlin My sister in law and I get our nails done there everyone is so nice. She has her hair done there once in awhile too its always clean and fairly quiet. I would recommend it to anyone.

Richard Cox Don is a great hairstylists we always look forward to seeing him. The professional and honesty of his knowledge on hair is awesome plus hes our go to guy. I would recommend him to anyone looking for their hair to be cut and color. He rocks!

Libran Soul Went in for a simple blow out styling, and turns out this stylist of 25 years didn’t have the proper tools or techniques on how successfully do her job, even after a picture was shown. The worst part is I was still charged the $35 dollar amount for a style that wasn’t even done properly or correct, and completed her sale with a, “I’m sorry.” Horrible customer service, if it were me, and had an unhappy customer, I wouldn’t of charged or atleast gave a major discount for an inadequate job especially to someone who was a first time client. If you can’t do the job up front and don’t have the tools, then say something instead of taking people’s money for a insufficient job. I walked out looking ridiculous. I will never go back nor recommend this place.

CESAR Carolina is the best. Very professional and extremely friendly. Its always clean and accommodating.

Carolina Reaper I did not like my haircut, and the customer service was bad. I waited for 5 minutes with no one acknowledging me or welcoming me, when the stylist came out she was rude and just said “ do you have an appointment” I said yes and for what time, she asked if I know who it with with, I said I don’t remember and she checked, then seated me at her station. She ignored me mostly during the haircut and didn’t ask me how I’m doing or make much conversation at all, except a couple technical questions, which I’m okay with, except she was nicer and friendlier to the other customers at the salon. This made me question why I was treated coldly compared to others. I wanted a bob, my stylist probably didn’t know how to cut curly hair because it came out terribly choppy and uneven. At the end of the cut I pointed out the left side was noticeably longer, and she tried to fix it, but it was still way longer and for some reason she cut the front pieces inches shorter than the rest of my head making it look ugly and disconnected. Also, I wanted the back to be short and stacked in layers, and somehow the back was actually longer than the front despite my request. The layers were too long. Eventually at the end I felt she wouldn’t be able to do any better due to lack of skill so I just lied that it was fine so I could go home. It took me a long time to write this review, (this happened 3 weeks ago), because I was so upset about it and it stresses me to remember. I’ve hated my new hair and tried to resist going back to another salon out of fear of money wasted and it coming out poorly. But I just couldn’t live with this ugly hair and went to a salon today where they fixed it and agreed it was very uneven and not looking great. Thankfully the new salon and haircut turned out great, but I will never be back here and will recommend against it to those I know

Sally Phillip Other than that the place is clean and inviting, Mr. Art is a professional stylist. I have been looking for 16 years for someone who knows what he is doing, and cutting in a style. He is very respectful; asked about my opinion as he goes. I can tell how good his is cutting from his speed, how he held the scissors, how he gave his opinion about what works and what does not work with my hair texture. Mr. Art took extra time although he had other obligations. He is a hidden Jewel. Finally! I AM SO PLEASED WITH THE EXPERIENCE.

Keirly Toris Ive been here 3 times just because I suck at maintaining my hair but my Last visit was with Ivonne 5/18/23 and shes just beyond amazing and left my hair even better than what I imagined. I truly recommend this place

A Martinez Ive been coming here for a few years now and Rosario is my girl! She does such an amazing job its pricey but well worth it! She takes her time and it all comes out perfect!!

Vicky Z. First of all I got here at 10:00am and I got out of the salon at 7:00pm. Ridiculous.It Litterly took her 8 hours to put highlights on my hair. I have short hair, Not only was I the only client, but she insisted that it was a slow process. And my hair didn’t even turn out like I described it to her. never coming back.

Raquel was my stylist and I couldnt be more pleased with her confidence and skill. Love that they are so involved with local charities. I feel lucky to have found this place. Highly recommend.

Patty Chavez This has been my go to salon for over 3 years. Andrea is my hair stylists one of the best. They are super friendly and their vibe is like family. They make you feel so welcomed. My 2 girls also get their haircut here. Both Raquel and Andrea cut my girls hair. I will never go to another salon. During COVID, they have followed the guidelines very well. They are also about the quality of their work and always make sure you leave happy.

She was knowledgeable, kind, personable and professional. I needed a cut after growing out a pixie cut for two years due to military deployments and she made me feel right at home! Very clean and cozy salon! Highly recommend and will be going back again for any of my hair needs. Definitely a salon who truly cares for their customers and work!

He is very professional, very clean love the work they do. The product they use is very high end and quality product for ur hair .The hair stylist was Claudia stylist was . I highly recommend her Claudia she did an awesome job she was worth every penny . :))))) I highly recommend her .

Sara Lozada I had never dyed my hair before and Erik did an amazing job! I asked for highlights and a subtle look for my roots and he did exactly that! My hair still feels healthy and strong even after the bleach. Amazing customer care and affordable pricing, I will be coming here from now on.

Protect YourEnergy Walked in with a super messed up, self bleached head of hair, and wow! Nohemí took on the challenge of fixing my mess, let me tell you, they are truly color specialist! And the price was a steal! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and Nohemí did such a beautiful job, took care of me so well. Definitely recommend this very professional hair salon to everyone!

I recently decided to cut my hair short for the first time ever and I LOVE how Sheila cut and styled in with layers. Definitely recommend Sheila, Maria and Esmeralda!!

Jessica Torres New customer / walk in . Paz was my hairstylist. She listened to what I wanted and my concerns. My hair thins out due to alopecia . She gave me a haircut. Juliana Lopez Gone here for years normally get my hair done comes out lovely. I will Never go back after I got my hair dyed. I believe Patrick did my hair this time and there’s zero good lighting in this place so when I got home my hair was orange and three different colors rather than the chocolate brown I asked for. I called to ask to get it redone and I was polite. I was also not expecting for them to do it for free. But Patrick was so rude and arrogant he stated “I don’t make mistakes” and was insistent that he done his job right after I explained to him why I wasn’t happy. Never showed up to my next appointment. Get my hair done somewhere else which much better treatment.

Jetta Sosa I cant believe it took me this long to post but they helped me out so much!!! Cut over 12 inches off of my hair and left it so much lighter and exactly how I wanted!!! They even washed it and blew it out for me. Decent price, $50 for the whole thing. Will definitely be coming back when I want to do something else to my hair. My stylist was also so kind and really listened to what I wanted.

Linette Morales The lady that did my hair was very sweet but she had no idea what she was doing and instead was getting instructions from another worker. I had asked to get my roots redone and they only bleached half of them creating a really weird mix on top. Also, they didn’t do a test strand causing a part of my hair on top to fall off. I had not notice this in the moment otherwise I would have complained. Instead it was hidden in the styling and I only noticed once I got home and took pictures of my hair. The staff wasn’t the friendliest, apart from the lady. They created a hostile environment and made me want to leave as soon as possible. Overall, it wasn’t worth what I paid. The experience and the work were both unfortunate.

Lucy Hurd I am sharing my experience with a certain hairstylist! I am unsure of her name but I remember her being Mexican and having curly hair, I had asked for a picture around shoulder length and she gave me a pixie cut, then when I proceeded to tell her just leave it wet because the damage had already been done she made me get it straightened, when I told her I didn’t like it she said “but this is what you asked for” in what world is a shoulder length haircut a pixie?? If I could give this hairstylist negative stars I would! and i am for sure not coming back!!
