1 /5 Juliana Lopez: Gone here for years normally get my hair done comes out lovely. I will Never go back after I got my hair dyed. I believe Patrick did my hair this time and there’s zero good lighting in this place so when I got home my hair was orange and three different colors rather than the chocolate brown I asked for. I called to ask to get it redone and I was polite. I was also not expecting for them to do it for free. But Patrick was so rude and arrogant he stated “I don’t make mistakes” and was insistent that he done his job right after I explained to him why I wasn’t happy. Never showed up to my next appointment. Get my hair done somewhere else which much better treatment.

5 /5 Jetta Sosa: I cant believe it took me this long to post but they helped me out so much!!! Cut over 12 inches off of my hair and left it so much lighter and exactly how I wanted!!! They even washed it and blew it out for me. Decent price, $50 for the whole thing. Will definitely be coming back when I want to do something else to my hair. My stylist was also so kind and really listened to what I wanted.

1 /5 Linette Morales: The lady that did my hair was very sweet but she had no idea what she was doing and instead was getting instructions from another worker. I had asked to get my roots redone and they only bleached half of them creating a really weird mix on top. Also, they didn’t do a test strand causing a part of my hair on top to fall off. I had not notice this in the moment otherwise I would have complained. Instead it was hidden in the styling and I only noticed once I got home and took pictures of my hair. The staff wasn’t the friendliest, apart from the lady. They created a hostile environment and made me want to leave as soon as possible. Overall, it wasn’t worth what I paid. The experience and the work were both unfortunate.

1 /5 Ismael Barajas: Rude, unprofessional attitude, somewhat racially motivated. Stay away, only Filipinos are welcomed. 4/5 of my friends stopped going for the same reasons. Be warned

Kelly Robinson: I went in for a balayage. I knew I may not be able to get to what my inspo picture looked like but the stylist reassured me. My hair is really damaged and very orange. I spent 4 hours of my time and over 200 dollars. I called and they did offer to put a toner on my hair but I didn’t feel very welcome at the salon and they were making it seem like it was my fault. Now my hair is falling out and I have to go pay someone else more to try and save it/make it not bright orange.
