1 /5 Kelly Robinson: I went in for a balayage. I knew I may not be able to get to what my inspo picture looked like but the stylist reassured me. My hair is really damaged and very orange. I spent 4 hours of my time and over 200 dollars. I called and they did offer to put a toner on my hair but I didn’t feel very welcome at the salon and they were making it seem like it was my fault. Now my hair is falling out and I have to go pay someone else more to try and save it/make it not bright orange.

2 /5 Lisa Darr: First couple of cuts were decent, third was a disaster. I went in asking for a 1" trim and got out to my car to realize most of my hair in the back was gone. I have curly hair that doesnt do well this short. My email with the owners apologized, but said the stylist didnt understand that I wanted to preserve my length. Im not sure how a 1" trim gets interpreted to cut most of the back of my hair off. They did offer to cut my hair again in the future. I guess be very cautious in describing how to cut your hair and watch them well . Im so sad and cant even put my hair in a ponytail now. I spent lots of money on a place that promises it knows curly cuts and still have this happen.

5 /5 Random storm: Danell is amazing, and so is everything about this salon!!! I wish I had a before picture! I went in with super faded, overgrown, frizzy hair! Danell worked magic on my hair!!! I didnt even know my hair could be this curly! Not only did she cut and dye my hair, but she also taught me how to manage it! She showed me how to get it to look like this again! I absolutely love my hair, and we will definitely be back! Its so crazy how good a new hair style makes you feel!!! Thank you, Danell! I appreciate you so much! Edit: I forgot to mention that they specialize in curly hair!!!

Courtney has been my go-to stylist for balayage and highlights, and my hair has never looked better. Its stronger and healthier than ever, thanks to her expertise. The salon has an outstanding vibe, and all the stylists are always up-to-date with the latest trends. I also have to mention Chris, who manages the salon and answers the phones. Hes great at trying to accommodate me, whether its scheduling appointments or addressing any concerns I may have. The location is fantastic, just steps away from shopping, great food, and the beach. Plus, they offer ample street parking nearby, along with two whole parking spaces right out front - a rarity in this area! What I appreciate the most is their clear and straightforward communication. Theyve educated me on how to maintain the styles weve created together over the years, and they go above and beyond to ensure Im happy with the results. Its rare to find a salon that cares so much about both the style and the health of your hair. Ill continue coming back here for years to come.

Rebecca Noelle: This is a lovely, clean, peaceful spot full of really great people. An ideal environment for stylists and guests who find they don’t thrive in typical noisy, fast-paced salons. Each space is uniquely designed for and by the stylist or practitioner to best fit their practical needs as well as express their personal/business style and brand. There is a nice waiting room with a secure door and intercom, as well as a directory of all the suites. The owner Jason is helpful and caring and does what he can to help his renters set up their suites and succeed in their businesses, as well as fostering a sense of community within the building.

Sydney McKeown: I religiously see Riley here, and i’ve never gone back to anyone else she genuinely is just the best and makes me feel so refreshed and calm. Riley never misses, shes realistic in my hair goals and getting me to exactly how i want my hair to look but always makes sure it feels good and keeps me healthy. She makes such a comfortable environment and just really puts you at ease in regards of the anxiety of hair care. Being a lived in blonde isnt the easiest choice, but she always makes sure my hair care and routine can match my lifestyle, she also always gets my color so right. Ive been religiously only seeing riley since the day i found her i think almost 2 years ago.

I have thick, dark, Asian hair, and she is really the only person I trust with my hair. My hair takes so long because I have so much hair but she is so patient and gentle. Each time my hair is colored to the perfect shade. She is honestly the sweetest and always takes the time to understand your needs so she can achieve what you are looking to get done. She has many years of experience and I highly recommend her if your are thinking of getting your hair done!

Michelle Nicholas: CARISSA - If I could give ZERO stars I would. The worst haircut / color that I’ve had in 25 years. Going in I showed Carissa pictures of the hair I wanted and she said no?? She had her own idea and it was all wrong! I went in as a nice golden blonde only wanting a root touch up and left with dark blonde hair in an ash tone. I simply hated it, but was rushed out for her next client because like Carissa told me “I work really fast so I can make more money”. The poor result I got shows her poor skill level. When I got back home, I texted Carissa to let her know that I was unhappy with the way my hair turned out and she was completely defensive and rude refusing to see me again or do anything to make it right. She is the first person that has done my hair who refused any level of customer satisfaction. She blabbered on about how experienced she is, but the poor results speak for themselves - they were way off. She couldn’t care less. Onto the next client. On top of being lousy at her job, Carissa was equally unfriendly and unprofessional. She only talked to the other stylist in the room all about herself and how she wanted to bling out her used Tesla with hot pink fake glitz and order bright pink knee high boots off the internet. She paid no attention to the client in her chair and was completely incapable of delivering any level of customer service. She only wants the money. I had to go to a real hairdresser for another haircut just to fix the mess Carissa did to my hair. Stay away she’s a fraud.
