5 /5 Hanan R: Great salon I went there yesterday to do my hair. I asked to dye my hair auburn and I am very pleased with the service, the environment and the results. Affaf is a really sweet and comfortable person who has a nice touch in hair styling. I wear a hijab so I was kind of concerned about the conservitivity of the place and what it offers ...but I was not disappointed, thank God. It was my first time there and its definitely not going to be my last. Great job!

5 /5 christine Sawaya: If I could give 10++ I would not hesitate. I have been coming to Cleopatra for 20 years now and never been disappointed. This is a family owned salon. They dont try to get you to buy or to do what is not necessary on your hair. On the contrary, they do their best to suit your needs. Not only for hair. Jumana is also the best of the best regarding facials of all kinds. This salon is the best in all California.

1 /5 Ikrame K: Dont recommend this at all!! I went yesterday for a cut and after I was done I told the stylist I was considering a balayage and she quickly pressured me to test my hair even though I said I did henna and didnt want to bleach. She ended up bleaching a few strands and it came out terrible I told her I didnt want it anymore she said Ill have to go home like that if I dont do it. I ended up going through with it and my hair is now a copper terrible orange red all over and not a balayage at all! I said I was unhappy with it and they barely fixed it and my hair is super thin so I didnt want to risk more damage and just decided to leave with the damage and terrible coloring. She then charged me 195 for a cut and the terrible dye job even though I have thin hair which they just make up prices in the spot because I was told by other customers cuts are usually around 30 and she charged me 45 (20 for a customer who has waaay thicker hair). Now my hair is damaged and orange/red....not to mention I was there for hours as they took other people and kept moving me around and they had bleach in my hair for 40 min even though I specifically told her I had thin hair and to only leave it in for 10 min at most...
