1 /5 Michelle Hartman: Still waiting on my hair extensions to be returned to me. Stylist held onto them n took them home. Been trying for months to get my very expensive hair extensions returned to me. Very surprised by her behavior. May have to file with the courts to either get my hair returned to me or the money i had paid for them. Very sad and disappointing she was a great hair stylist. Understand she been on maternity leave. But this has gone on too long and now no responses. They all seemed very professional. Had a great experience with them till this. Will be including the salon in my civil suit if hair isnt returned. Have been trying for a year or more now. Stylist stopped returning my text messages. Kinda heartbreaking to end this way. Would of highly recommended them if it hadnt been for all this now.

I absolutely love Michelle is now my go to stylist she always provides excellent service and gives me exactly what I ask for. I got my nails done here for the first time today by Roxy, and she did an amazing job. Roxy took her time and is very detailed with her work. Love it here will definitely be returning. Thank you to both of these lovely ladies (:

She made me feel so comfortable. I really liked that when i went in; everytime one of the stylist came to the front desk, they made sure i was being helped. All the employees made me feel great about making this choice. I will definitely be going back. Thanks Melinda!

Jennifer Klein: I can’t speak for everyone at the salon, but after my experiences I wouldn’t recommend Hallie Dikeman. In all of my time I have never had an experience like I did this last time. She colored my hair & was supposed to cut it, but forgot & asked that I come back as she already styled it. It was a bit of a hassle (as I live an hour away from the salon), but I came back for the haircut…not the end of the world. Before coming back for my cut I noticed there were sections in my hair that were quite orange-y (my hair is supposed to be brown with icey blond highlights), & pointed this out to her. She then responded with “I don’t see it” while I pointed directly at it. Then she says I can put some toner on it, but not today (even though she didn’t have any clients after me & was just going to leave), which I even said “ok, I’ll come back next week”, & I thought that was it. When I followed up with her once I knew my schedule she said she would need to collect $75 (to fix her mistake). Never in all my time have I had a stylist require me to pay for a color correct. After talking to 3 other stylists I know (2 barbers that are trained in coloring, but don’t do it & a new stylist I will now be going to), they all IMMEDIATELY saw the orange & all said the same thing “she didn’t fully & accurately tone your hair”. On top of that, she forgot my haircut twice (which is supposed to be included in the haircut). I’d dismiss it as forgetfulness, but she always managed to recommend add-on services. Btw, if you go, don’t bother with the K18 mask…you can buy an entire bottle for about half the cost of one treatment on amazon. Save yourself some money & heartache & don’t go to Hallie D.

And, she has got to be the easiest hairstylist to make appointments with. Simply send a text with what you need, and she responds promptly with her open times. And her prices are very reasonable.

Shash Khan: Love the private Booth and its very clean. Got my hair done by Aida Ruiz Booth 8. Aida is a lovely professional young lady. I got a long layered hair cut and love it. The cut is 65 dollars. For me its all worth it. Also end up buying of her product that she used in my hair. Made my hair soft and shiny. Over all loved my 1st time haircut experience. Sure ill come back again if I need a hair done.
