Anyways this lady ruined my hair I had it over 30 inches long showed her a couple of pictures of the hair cut I wanted and somehow I ended up with a straight cut like Dora no layers whatsoever I hate it! Like why pretend lmyou can cut hair? Why not be honest and say sorry I don’t know how to do that.

1 /5 Marcellious Fortson: Went to pick up for wish the lady told me hold on one second and she had barely started cutting someones hair I understand it is a shop didnt mind, the lady knew why I was there I told her wish pick up, but got to me was 20 minutes later and she has another customer sitting in the chair and starts cutting his hair and doesnt tell me all give me one second doesnt say nothing to me at all at all at all while Im standing there over 20 minutes coming close to a half an hour so I give her a couple more minutes to see if shes going to stop and say like oh let me scan your thing so I can get you your item really quick but no sitting there conversating laughing having a good time ignoring me so yeah I wont be having that as my location for pickup no more

V Villalobos: I’ve been coming to this place for years, probably 5 plus, love Kim and everyone has always been so pleasant until….. I came in with my 4 year old daughter who wanted her nails painted while I had a service done, this isn’t the first time I’ve brought her either. For whatever reason this day way the complete opposite of all my experiences there. My daughter wanted several different colors on her nails, and got a little frustrated at the first color that was being painted. That was enough for Kim to yell at me and my 4 yr old daughter about her being too picky and then refusing all services I wanted done. Yelling at me that I teach her to be picky. It was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. There’s a respectful and humane way to refuse service, and I was belittled and talked down to. Unfortunately I’m never coming here again. And to also direct that aggression towards my 4 yr old, completely uncalled for. Hopefully no one else has to experience this kind of interaction.
