4 /5 Sunnie Daze: So Ive been wanting to get my hair cut but dont have a regular place so I decided to try this one out cuz its close to home. So I went on a Sunday eve, about 5ish. When I walked in both stylist were working on people so one maddogs me and asks if I had an appt, which i did not but the window sign said "walk-ins welcomed" so I thought Id try. Maddog looked really mean and nasty but the lady in her chair happened to be another stylist getting her hair colored. The lady said she would take me if I could wait about 15 minutes. I said sure, no problem. Glad because it was late on a Sunday and they close at 6. The hair cut was easy. I just wanted a trim to cut off the lifeless ends and give it a little bounce. I wish she would have cut just a little more off but better have less than mistakenly too much. She did ok. I was an easy customer. I tipped 100% because she accomodated me and to show maddog that good customer service goes a long way (in my opinion). LOL
