I have paid the exact same for my hair cut since 1980 $10.00 Thats a Wash Cream Rinse Cut and Styling. I told the owner Michael he needs to raise his price just for the cost of living alone. He finally did . Its now $13.00 and still a GREAT DEAL . Thank You Michael for all your Skills and Incredible Customer Service. John Pellerito

al v Bad customer service. To top it off, this hairstylist is an idiot. She posted on the door that she was going to be back at a certain time. Once she got there, she started complaining about her personal life and not even having time to eat, which is not my fault and I dont really care about. She was giving me an attitude. I was about to walk out on her because she was getting on my nerves. She is complaining about work being slow and making no money and doesnt realize that shes pushing customers away. What an idiot! Would I recommend her? Hell, no! She should consider changing careers and closing the place down.

Donna Stone Non English speaking! Hairdresser did not communicate with me but with other hairdresser. (All in spanish). She dyed my hair too dark!! Misquoted: I paid 20.00 more, they even argued the price in spanish. And I was hit on. When I called they answered the phone in English, I expected English service. That is how we communicate in America!

Angeles They dont know what shoulder length means. I asked for a shoulder length cut and they gave me a bowl. Ruined my hair, first and last time coming here. Update: As you can see from their reply, their professionalism is lacking. Do not patronize this business, customer service is not one of their top priorities and they do not style your hair as you request. Avoid this place if you like your hair!

Cv31989 Guys come here if you want your haircut butchered. The owner Marco is extremely rude and cannot comprehend instructions. Gave him simple instructions and showed him pictures and he told me he could do it but he still managed to completely butcher my hair. PASS ON THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT A DECENT HAIRCUT!!! Update Response due to Owners petty reply: Did I mention anything about price? NO! I can afford to pay my hair cuts and leave a good tip. I left you one even though you didnt deserve it for such a sloppy hair cut. TAKE YOUR OWN ADVICE AND GO TO THE BARBER SCHOOL AND LEARN HOW TO ACTUALLY CUT HAIR. Use my tip as a down payment to actually become a decent barber.

Rodolfo Zabala Definitely a no for me. So I payed for my haircut and I gave them a suffice amount of tip and they decided to add to their tip and thought I wouldn’t find out. So I went back to the place and she gave me a nasty look because she knew what I was there for. And then she had the nerve to tell me the machine wasn’t working, when it was already printed and she just decided to add extra to the paper receipt.

V Villalobos I’ve been coming to this place for years, probably 5 plus, love Kim and everyone has always been so pleasant until….. I came in with my 4 year old daughter who wanted her nails painted while I had a service done, this isn’t the first time I’ve brought her either. For whatever reason this day way the complete opposite of all my experiences there. My daughter wanted several different colors on her nails, and got a little frustrated at the first color that was being painted. That was enough for Kim to yell at me and my 4 yr old daughter about her being too picky and then refusing all services I wanted done. Yelling at me that I teach her to be picky. It was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. There’s a respectful and humane way to refuse service, and I was belittled and talked down to. Unfortunately I’m never coming here again. And to also direct that aggression towards my 4 yr old, completely uncalled for. Hopefully no one else has to experience this kind of interaction.

However, from the moment I walked in, it was disheartening to witness the lack of acknowledgment or greeting from any of your staff members. Even after taking a seat waiting 10 minutes and politely asking about the waiting time, since I noticed two other customers waiting. I was met with complete silence and a lack of acknowledgment once met with silence. The lack of basic customer service was incredibly disheartening. As a result, I made the decision to leave your salon immediately. Its unfortunate that your team failed to represent your business well on this occasion. I strongly urge you to address these issues promptly in order to prevent future customers from having similar negative experiences. I took my business across the street to Design Nails where I was greeted upon entering and assisted within 5 minutes. Please take this review as constructive feedback.

B A Ive been coming here for about 15 yrs.My to go to person for eyebrows is Mimi.Very professional lady super nice and knows what to do without me telling her.I love how she leaves my eyebrows.They do a really great job with nails as well.I think they take cards now.But if they dont theres an ATM next door.

Jessica Ortega I walked in here wanting a trim or as I told the lady, cut off all the damaged ends but she completely messed up my hair and cut it super crooked. First of all, I walk in and I think the owner is getting a massage and another lady walks out and she is told to cut my hair. I tell her cut off all the damage and leave it in a “V” form. The first picture doesn’t look as bad but why would she leave a small strand ??? I had my bf cut it off and then after I showered I see the layers are way off & one side is shorter than the other. I think her name is Alejandra… don’t go here or she will mess up your hair. I had to go get it fixed and now my hair is shorter …

Emily Ann Ive been coming here for about 8 years. Theyre always kind and know exactly what theyre doing. My eyebrows always come out exactly how I want them to. If you get there right when they open, you typically have to wait about 15 minutes for the first person to get there.

stephanie poblete DO not go here!!! My mom went to get her hair done and they left it ORANGE. After the mess they made with her hair, they also refused to style it. I do not recommend going here they will ruin your hair. You are off going somewhere else, save your money and your time.

I told her that I needed a fresh cut for a date and she helped me through the process of picking out a hairstyle and walked me through what she planned on doing. Usually this kind of stuff would cost like $20+ at the barber shop but the simple cut she selected and advice only cost me $10! Highly recommend! Will definitely keep coming back.
