V Villalobos: I’ve been coming to this place for years, probably 5 plus, love Kim and everyone has always been so pleasant until….. I came in with my 4 year old daughter who wanted her nails painted while I had a service done, this isn’t the first time I’ve brought her either. For whatever reason this day way the complete opposite of all my experiences there. My daughter wanted several different colors on her nails, and got a little frustrated at the first color that was being painted. That was enough for Kim to yell at me and my 4 yr old daughter about her being too picky and then refusing all services I wanted done. Yelling at me that I teach her to be picky. It was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. There’s a respectful and humane way to refuse service, and I was belittled and talked down to. Unfortunately I’m never coming here again. And to also direct that aggression towards my 4 yr old, completely uncalled for. Hopefully no one else has to experience this kind of interaction.

Rodolfo Zabala: Definitely a no for me. So I payed for my haircut and I gave them a suffice amount of tip and they decided to add to their tip and thought I wouldn’t find out. So I went back to the place and she gave me a nasty look because she knew what I was there for. And then she had the nerve to tell me the machine wasn’t working, when it was already printed and she just decided to add extra to the paper receipt.

Update: As you can see from their reply, their professionalism is lacking. Do not patronize this business, customer service is not one of their top priorities and they do not style your hair as you request. Avoid this place if you like your hair!

Now my mom wanted to get layers but still wanted to keep her long hair but guess what they cut her hair really short and didnt even have layers like my mom wanted to. Then I wanted to get some type of layers too I showed the picture and the lady said yeah she could do it we also asked if she had time which she said yeah but ended up rushing through the whole thing she even cut me bangs which ended up being okay but the main problem was when she cut my layers she didnt cut that much and its not even noticeable that I got layers its like I got nothing and the. We ended up paying $30 dollars for both me and my mom which is a lot considering we didnt even get what we wanted.
