1 /5 V Villalobos: I’ve been coming to this place for years, probably 5 plus, love Kim and everyone has always been so pleasant until….. I came in with my 4 year old daughter who wanted her nails painted while I had a service done, this isn’t the first time I’ve brought her either. For whatever reason this day way the complete opposite of all my experiences there. My daughter wanted several different colors on her nails, and got a little frustrated at the first color that was being painted. That was enough for Kim to yell at me and my 4 yr old daughter about her being too picky and then refusing all services I wanted done. Yelling at me that I teach her to be picky. It was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. There’s a respectful and humane way to refuse service, and I was belittled and talked down to. Unfortunately I’m never coming here again. And to also direct that aggression towards my 4 yr old, completely uncalled for. Hopefully no one else has to experience this kind of interaction.

However, from the moment I walked in, it was disheartening to witness the lack of acknowledgment or greeting from any of your staff members. Even after taking a seat waiting 10 minutes and politely asking about the waiting time, since I noticed two other customers waiting. I was met with complete silence and a lack of acknowledgment once met with silence. The lack of basic customer service was incredibly disheartening. As a result, I made the decision to leave your salon immediately. Its unfortunate that your team failed to represent your business well on this occasion. I strongly urge you to address these issues promptly in order to prevent future customers from having similar negative experiences. I took my business across the street to Design Nails where I was greeted upon entering and assisted within 5 minutes. Please take this review as constructive feedback.

5 /5 B A: Ive been coming here for about 15 yrs.My to go to person for eyebrows is Mimi.Very professional lady super nice and knows what to do without me telling her.I love how she leaves my eyebrows.They do a really great job with nails as well.I think they take cards now.But if they dont theres an ATM next door.

3 /5 Carol B: Normally come here for my hair style and color, Mimi is the girl who does my hair and also eyebrows threading and shes really good. The only down side is that this establishment doesnt take any card payments or even Venmo. Only cash.... and Im sure most people who know about taxes knows why!
