Karina Arreaga If I were able to give No stars, I would! Horrible service! I never had to leave a bad review. Well this my first review. They dont respect the hair color you ask for. They dyed it their way. The nails are HORRIBLE! They did me so wrong. They arent professional whatsoever. I went yesterday and one of the nails already broke off. Theyre chipped and Im just livid. PLEASE DONT bother even wasting your money here.

Ronda Mixon Absolutely wonderful. I went on a Sunday at 1:30 I didnt have to wait although it was busy. I got Pauline I had her before shes absolutely amazing she caught me in and out she cut my hair perfectly and my color was exactly what I want and falling is amazing I cant wait to come see her again thank you also everybody that works in there is amazing super super nice I highly recommend this hair salon.

Diana Powell Michelle if you check the vidéo the dye you applied burned my scap and should NOT have been directly applied to my scalp. I told you it was hurting and burning and asked youbtobrinse it off and for a towel and cotton yet you ignored me and went to make a phone call. I hasd to ask someone else walking by as it got in my eyes Soni had to squeeze them tight and started to tear up and you just said to wait and said it was because my hair was washed when it wasnt. I also I mentioned that u were pulling my hair too tight into the fill injuring the roots and pulling them to the surface of my scalp now i have red raised up bumbs burn marks all over the top of my head. I still paid the $120 plus a $20 tip yet didnt see the damage when I got home and my hair is sticky due to the Vaseline you put in it so now I am not sure what to do as it still is sore and stinging and red or bloody etc.

Deanna Williams Jess is so awesome! She did an excellent job on my face, I usually only get my eyebrows threaded, because I have bad experience with pain getting anywhere else. Jess did my whole face with little to no pain, I love it and Ill definitely be back! Check her out she offers many services best decision youll ever make.

Marsha Haezer Loved my experience going in last week. Parking is limited but service was great. Wonderful attention to detail and Jess gives you what you want. Threaded my eyebrows and upper lip and came home happy! Highly recommend coming here!

Alma Rosa Reed Just moved to the area and read many reviews for eye brow threading. I liked the reviews for Jess and thought I’d give it a try and it was worth it. Jess was thoughtful about threading my eyebrows especially since the place I went to previously did it unevenly. It didn’t hurt which was a plus. She threaded my upper lip too. Prices are affordable

Lourdes Went to get highlights but damaged my hair. Letty is a really nice lady but the owner Yoly kept trying to make her overcharge me. And when I told her to have her customer wear a mask she started getting an attitude with Letty and telling her to clean up the area I was sitting at. Wow, Yoly is extremely childish and unprofessional.

Teresa Nolazco I take my son here regularly and they always treat him nicely and cut hair great. For me and my daughter we go randomly and are always happy with our cuts.

Laura Manning Yolis salon is the best! Yoli generally does my hair, and she does an amazing job! Letty and Gabby have also done my hair also amazing! I often get compliments on my hair;. And asked where I get my hair done. I always keep cards on me to pass out!

Nyameka Parker Arleen did an amazing job with my hair. I really needed to get my hair done I called later in the day and I was accommodated with their earliest appointment at 8:30 am the next day. Arleen did a very professional and impressive knotless braid style that I wanted I am very happy with my new look and I feel lite and fresh on my head. I will definitely come back and support this Black-owned business with Black Excellency customer care.

Nancy Sanchez First time here, and I loved it! Farzina did a fantastic job with my brows. I couldnt even remember the last time I got them done, but she reshaped them and gave me that lifted look I was looking for. The place was nice, private, and clean. Ill be coming back ❤️

Emily Ann Ive been coming here for about 8 years. Theyre always kind and know exactly what theyre doing. My eyebrows always come out exactly how I want them to. If you get there right when they open, you typically have to wait about 15 minutes for the first person to get there.

Eric Lujano Veronica is an excellent hair stylist owner. She is very talented, professional, and welcoming. There is another hair stylist nicknamed Wera she is extremely talented at cutting hair she doesn’t rush she takes pride in her work. I personally always go with her. I have gone to several of barbershops and I haven’t been as satisfied and I have been going here for 3 years now I wouldn’t go anywhere else with the services they provide. It is affordable and worth every penny/tip you pay for.

Morales Francisco (Franky) Shes really good at cutting my hair very pleasant and welcoming I go to her every two weeks I recently started going to her a couple of months ago shes way better than my previous hairstylists

V Villalobos I’ve been coming to this place for years, probably 5 plus, love Kim and everyone has always been so pleasant until….. I came in with my 4 year old daughter who wanted her nails painted while I had a service done, this isn’t the first time I’ve brought her either. For whatever reason this day way the complete opposite of all my experiences there. My daughter wanted several different colors on her nails, and got a little frustrated at the first color that was being painted. That was enough for Kim to yell at me and my 4 yr old daughter about her being too picky and then refusing all services I wanted done. Yelling at me that I teach her to be picky. It was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. There’s a respectful and humane way to refuse service, and I was belittled and talked down to. Unfortunately I’m never coming here again. And to also direct that aggression towards my 4 yr old, completely uncalled for. Hopefully no one else has to experience this kind of interaction.

However, from the moment I walked in, it was disheartening to witness the lack of acknowledgment or greeting from any of your staff members. Even after taking a seat waiting 10 minutes and politely asking about the waiting time, since I noticed two other customers waiting. I was met with complete silence and a lack of acknowledgment once met with silence. The lack of basic customer service was incredibly disheartening. As a result, I made the decision to leave your salon immediately. Its unfortunate that your team failed to represent your business well on this occasion. I strongly urge you to address these issues promptly in order to prevent future customers from having similar negative experiences. I took my business across the street to Design Nails where I was greeted upon entering and assisted within 5 minutes. Please take this review as constructive feedback.

B A Ive been coming here for about 15 yrs.My to go to person for eyebrows is Mimi.Very professional lady super nice and knows what to do without me telling her.I love how she leaves my eyebrows.They do a really great job with nails as well.I think they take cards now.But if they dont theres an ATM next door.

al v Bad customer service. To top it off, this hairstylist is an idiot. She posted on the door that she was going to be back at a certain time. Once she got there, she started complaining about her personal life and not even having time to eat, which is not my fault and I dont really care about. She was giving me an attitude. I was about to walk out on her because she was getting on my nerves. She is complaining about work being slow and making no money and doesnt realize that shes pushing customers away. What an idiot! Would I recommend her? Hell, no! She should consider changing careers and closing the place down.

Donna Stone Non English speaking! Hairdresser did not communicate with me but with other hairdresser. (All in spanish). She dyed my hair too dark!! Misquoted: I paid 20.00 more, they even argued the price in spanish. And I was hit on. When I called they answered the phone in English, I expected English service. That is how we communicate in America!

Donna Patterson It speaks for itself, worse nails ever done by Jessica. She tried fixing them next day but still didnt look any better. I spent $65 for these, ripped them off after 4 days, couldnt look at them anymore.

Priscilla Larrea The store manager is rude. She wouldnt give a refund when she messed up on my nails, wouldnt look at me and refused to help me as her customer. And implied that I was "poor". My nails are breaking, falling, and chipping. What kind of establishment is this? Please, dont come here. They use old products and are disrespectful.

Rodolfo Zabala Definitely a no for me. So I payed for my haircut and I gave them a suffice amount of tip and they decided to add to their tip and thought I wouldn’t find out. So I went back to the place and she gave me a nasty look because she knew what I was there for. And then she had the nerve to tell me the machine wasn’t working, when it was already printed and she just decided to add extra to the paper receipt.

mike villeneuve Great customer care they were excellent with both of my children .. it has been a little tough to do a haircut on my daughter in the past the technician here was even able to put in ponytails... it was almost like a miracle

Monica Aguilera Layers were completely choppy overall haircut was uneven. Even though the place was empty she seemed in a rush to finish the haircut. It was almost impossible to style it afterwards since uneven layers were extremely noticeable. I had to go to someone else to fix it... Im not picky with hair but the fact that It was noticeably choppy and forced to fix it I would give zero stars if I could.

Anyways this lady ruined my hair I had it over 30 inches long showed her a couple of pictures of the hair cut I wanted and somehow I ended up with a straight cut like Dora no layers whatsoever I hate it! Like why pretend lmyou can cut hair? Why not be honest and say sorry I don’t know how to do that.

Marcellious Fortson Went to pick up for wish the lady told me hold on one second and she had barely started cutting someones hair I understand it is a shop didnt mind, the lady knew why I was there I told her wish pick up, but got to me was 20 minutes later and she has another customer sitting in the chair and starts cutting his hair and doesnt tell me all give me one second doesnt say nothing to me at all at all at all while Im standing there over 20 minutes coming close to a half an hour so I give her a couple more minutes to see if shes going to stop and say like oh let me scan your thing so I can get you your item really quick but no sitting there conversating laughing having a good time ignoring me so yeah I wont be having that as my location for pickup no more

Angeles They dont know what shoulder length means. I asked for a shoulder length cut and they gave me a bowl. Ruined my hair, first and last time coming here. Update: As you can see from their reply, their professionalism is lacking. Do not patronize this business, customer service is not one of their top priorities and they do not style your hair as you request. Avoid this place if you like your hair!

Cv31989 Guys come here if you want your haircut butchered. The owner Marco is extremely rude and cannot comprehend instructions. Gave him simple instructions and showed him pictures and he told me he could do it but he still managed to completely butcher my hair. PASS ON THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT A DECENT HAIRCUT!!! Update Response due to Owners petty reply: Did I mention anything about price? NO! I can afford to pay my hair cuts and leave a good tip. I left you one even though you didnt deserve it for such a sloppy hair cut. TAKE YOUR OWN ADVICE AND GO TO THE BARBER SCHOOL AND LEARN HOW TO ACTUALLY CUT HAIR. Use my tip as a down payment to actually become a decent barber.

Steve Munguia I enjoy the place and havent gone anywhere else for the past couple of years. Theyre awesome at collaborating with the customer on ones hair style choice and they also still do a pretty good job if one simply ask for a style with no added details.

Jessica Ortega I walked in here wanting a trim or as I told the lady, cut off all the damaged ends but she completely messed up my hair and cut it super crooked. First of all, I walk in and I think the owner is getting a massage and another lady walks out and she is told to cut my hair. I tell her cut off all the damage and leave it in a “V” form. The first picture doesn’t look as bad but why would she leave a small strand ??? I had my bf cut it off and then after I showered I see the layers are way off & one side is shorter than the other. I think her name is Alejandra… don’t go here or she will mess up your hair. I had to go get it fixed and now my hair is shorter …

stephanie poblete DO not go here!!! My mom went to get her hair done and they left it ORANGE. After the mess they made with her hair, they also refused to style it. I do not recommend going here they will ruin your hair. You are off going somewhere else, save your money and your time.

I told her that I needed a fresh cut for a date and she helped me through the process of picking out a hairstyle and walked me through what she planned on doing. Usually this kind of stuff would cost like $20+ at the barber shop but the simple cut she selected and advice only cost me $10! Highly recommend! Will definitely keep coming back.
