Elena Escobar: I DEFINITELY will NEVER GO or RECOMEND this place at all to nobody....if i keep telling you why, it will take my valuable time and this thing wont deserve to waste my time, I guess you get the idea with this few words...look other places, there is more.1000 times better than this. WAY MUCH BETTER!! Go somewhere else but here!!
Nancy Sanchez: First time here, and I loved it! Farzina did a fantastic job with my brows. I couldnt even remember the last time I got them done, but she reshaped them and gave me that lifted look I was looking for. The place was nice, private, and clean. Ill be coming back ❤️
Steve Munguia: I enjoy the place and havent gone anywhere else for the past couple of years. Theyre awesome at collaborating with the customer on ones hair style choice and they also still do a pretty good job if one simply ask for a style with no added details.

V Villalobos: I’ve been coming to this place for years, probably 5 plus, love Kim and everyone has always been so pleasant until….. I came in with my 4 year old daughter who wanted her nails painted while I had a service done, this isn’t the first time I’ve brought her either. For whatever reason this day way the complete opposite of all my experiences there. My daughter wanted several different colors on her nails, and got a little frustrated at the first color that was being painted. That was enough for Kim to yell at me and my 4 yr old daughter about her being too picky and then refusing all services I wanted done. Yelling at me that I teach her to be picky. It was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. There’s a respectful and humane way to refuse service, and I was belittled and talked down to. Unfortunately I’m never coming here again. And to also direct that aggression towards my 4 yr old, completely uncalled for. Hopefully no one else has to experience this kind of interaction.

Rodolfo Zabala: Definitely a no for me. So I payed for my haircut and I gave them a suffice amount of tip and they decided to add to their tip and thought I wouldn’t find out. So I went back to the place and she gave me a nasty look because she knew what I was there for. And then she had the nerve to tell me the machine wasn’t working, when it was already printed and she just decided to add extra to the paper receipt.
Angeles: They dont know what shoulder length means. I asked for a shoulder length cut and they gave me a bowl. Ruined my hair, first and last time coming here.
Update: As you can see from their reply, their professionalism is lacking. Do not patronize this business, customer service is not one of their top priorities and they do not style your hair as you request. Avoid this place if you like your hair!
