1 /5 Shari Rosenman: I thought I shared my review a few days ago, but it didn’t come through. My daughter and I both had the most painful pedicures of our lives just about 1 week ago. We both had bloody big toes as a result of having our ingrown toenails removed. I asked Yiemy to stop because the pain was so bad I thought I would pass out. She said you can’t stop in the middle. Then, at the end, a new customer arrived and Yiemy left to service her. She didn’t say thank you or I’m sorry or anything. I could see that the big toe was only half painted, probably due to the drying blood. So I asked Yiemy to fix it and she had someone else do it. On the way out, my daughter begged me to never bring her back to that place. When I got home, I noticed that my other toes weren’t fully painted either. I posted the photographic documentation. Yiemy’s solicitous response below makes no sense. She knew exactly what was happening at the time. She and her coworker both heard us crying out with pain and they both had to treat the bloody toes a couple of times with special medicine. I don’t know how they have so many good reviews here. It’s been 6 days and my big toe is still in pain. It’s probably infected. There’s no chance in hell we’ll be back.

1 /5 LA Core: Dirty, depressing nail salon. They do not clean or sterilize their instruments. The poor guy could not even see my cuticles he kept saying I have too much cuticle and like duh that’s why I came. The manicure is terrible. He kept saying he was doing his best. He has tremors so he was shaky and the polish is completely uneven totally dissatisfied and yet he still charged me. Do not go here unless you’re totally desperate and don’t care what your nails look like.

1 /5 Emily Bouvet: This was the worst nail experience Ive ever had. I walked in hopeful because Ive never gotten acrylics, Im from out of town visiting my cousin. For me, I wanted a simple heart design against black nails. I got minimal nail prep, just a little trim on two of my nails. Then, the artist was a little aggressive with the roller, and got my skin a bit but thats alright I know things happen. Next, the artist tried to put a heart sticker on my nail and take it off to make the design, but he cured it on so it wouldnt come off. It then took 2 additional artists to try this heart design and they could not get it, they also kept trying to flip the heart angle! Finally they ask me to change my mind. Annoying, but its okay. I agree to a pink heart sticker over black, the artist tried to put it on plain nail no polish, I had to ask 3 times for black polish under!! My nails came out okay, thicker than I wouldve liked. My cousin on the other hand had a terrible experience all around. Her nails werent even trimmed! Her star design is sloppy and not what she wanted. 131 for both of our nail designs is terribly unfair, we were not happy with our service and we went back to ask for a partial refund and they refused saying to come back. WERE NOT COMING BACK HELLO?? save yourself the headache, dont come here

1 /5 sunday bouvet: wasn’t able to do my original design so i changed it and it was still poorly executed. simple stats look like messy blobs with no clean and clear lines tried to get a refund as me and my cousin were not satisfied with our service and we were turned away
