1 /5 Spray Taint: They did not use sterilized tools, most salons practice safe hygiene but they reuse tools without sterilizing them. I have never gotten cut at a nail salon before until today. The lady working on my nails might have been in a hurry, but she made me bleed and my fingernails are in pain. Also, the nail polish peeled off 2 hours after she was done. Her application technique was sloppy and terrible. I will not be returning. You get what you pay for!!

5 /5 kylie ritter: Tyler was absolutely amazing! His hospitality was top tier, and the facility was perfectly clean and nicely decorated. My mom, friends and I were warmly welcomed. Tyler offered us water and made great conversation. I got dip with tip, and it looks great! 10/10 experience, with cheap prices for great nails! Will definitely be coming back!!

Des Setnavr: This was my to go place for pedicures and sometimes manicure this last time that I went in there, I went in for a pedicure. I was so shocked to see how they perform pedicure service this place is so unsanitary unsafe and could possibly give you an infection. The pedicure tools were not even sanitized, and we’re just laying in what looked to be a little cup, and they had cuticles from the other person before me. I noticed they were busy but that’s unexplainable. this place needs to be cleaned they Need to have sanitized tools please do not go there I will attach pictures

The staff was very friendly and professional. The shop was very clean and well maintained to the highest standard of cleanness. Enjoyed my foot and nail day while in California, we will return for sure! Off to enjoy this beautiful sunny day at the beaches. Hubs enjoyed his pedicure and chair massage! Nicole B: Very unhappy with this place. Read reviews that said Brian was amazing so I decided to go ahead and book with him. I had high expectations based off what I had read. He was very nice and attentive but didnt fill the acrylic to my cuticle and didnt polish my sides fully. I went back the next day to speak with the owner/manager, Lana (?) and was told she wasnt there. Lilly at the front desk was very rude, but said she would leave a note for Lana to call me. I didnt want my nails fixed, I wanted a refund and for the manager to be aware. Lana never called me, and I will not be returning. Sad because I really wanted to like this place. Irene: *Bad Customer Service * New to the city trying to find a new nail tech.. found good reviews about tom so I called to make appointment the lady on the phone was annoyed I asked for him! When tom got to the phone I asked if he was available that day and if not when was his next availability, he immediately said “ no Im busy all week” with a nasty tone! I understand if he is busy but he could have helped me find another day but with his tone and the response I got I will take my business elsewhere!

jennifer patino: I never personally enjoy writing reviews about places because I would just rather not go again after a bad experience… however , I want to just warn people . I went in for a regular pedicure and everything was going well. The guy was filing my toe nail and it BURNED but I didn’t speak up because he was going fast so I didnt think to do it … however , after awhile I felt tingly in my toe area … below my toe … like near my bone … it looked like I got bit from something and it was TINGLY. I told him and the girls “ I think I’m having a reaction” … they ultimately blamed me and said they didn’t do anything and how I hit my foot before coming in… basically minimizing me and saying I was wrong and it was my fault and that they didn’t do anything.i was polite and respectful, however the owner made me feel uncomfortable and SHOCKED that she told me it was my fault … mind you I’ve been going there for awhile. Anyways- I just wanna warn people that if something happens where a woopsie, or they accidentally do something to you (maybe a scrape/cut/etc) they will blame you . they don’t take accountability. I still wanted my toes down but they kicked me out…. My toe btw went down . They told me I did it to myself and I hurt my foot before coming in. WRONG. My swelling went away after I stopped the pedicure . I can’t believe I’m having to write this . I just don’t want someone to experience something then be told “ it was your fault , not ours.” Be careful unfortunately.

Carolina Southy: Worst nail salon ever! The guy that PRETENDED to know how to do nails hurt my finger as he was removing my previous gel. He had not clue how to file, shape DO NAILS. I do my nails every two weeks (different place obviously), so I basically have ZERO CUTICLES to work on. Then WITHOUT BUFFING THE NAIL he proceeded to apply the gel. It looked HORRIBLE.. it was bumpy... so I asked him to stop and leave it like that. Just with the clear base. I went to pay for WHATEVER THEY DID...They said it was THIRTY DOLLARS. 30???????????? for removing my gel and get a FAKE NAIL TECH that has not clue how to even do a BASIC NAIL FILING!

So I gave it a try but for $44 for my nails to look like this… I’m like never again!

He is so welcoming and always makes great conversation. Every time I get my nails done with him, I am so impressed at the detail and quality of his work. LOOK NO FURTHER!!! He is the best
