Irene: *Bad Customer Service *
New to the city trying to find a new nail tech.. found good reviews about tom so I called to make appointment the lady on the phone was annoyed I asked for him! When tom got to the phone I asked if he was available that day and if not when was his next availability, he immediately said “ no Im busy all week” with a nasty tone! I understand if he is busy but he could have helped me find another day but with his tone and the response I got I will take my business elsewhere!
Wendi Martinez: If I could give 0 stars, I would. Place is so filthy. Ladies that work there laughing talking so loud. Got the worst vibe in there. Thought I’d go since I live around the area, but now I don’t mind making the drive to another nail shop. Never coming back.
jennifer patino: I never personally enjoy writing reviews about places because I would just rather not go again after a bad experience… however , I want to just warn people . I went in for a regular pedicure and everything was going well. The guy was filing my toe nail and it BURNED but I didn’t speak up because he was going fast so I didnt think to do it … however , after awhile I felt tingly in my toe area … below my toe … like near my bone … it looked like I got bit from something and it was TINGLY. I told him and the girls “ I think I’m having a reaction” … they ultimately blamed me and said they didn’t do anything and how I hit my foot before coming in… basically minimizing me and saying I was wrong and it was my fault and that they didn’t do anything.i was polite and respectful, however the owner made me feel uncomfortable and SHOCKED that she told me it was my fault … mind you I’ve been going there for awhile. Anyways- I just wanna warn people that if something happens where a woopsie, or they accidentally do something to you (maybe a scrape/cut/etc) they will blame you . they don’t take accountability. I still wanted my toes down but they kicked me out…. My toe btw went down . They told me I did it to myself and I hurt my foot before coming in. WRONG. My swelling went away after I stopped the pedicure . I can’t believe I’m having to write this . I just don’t want someone to experience something then be told “ it was your fault , not ours.”

Carolina Southy: Worst nail salon ever!
The guy that PRETENDED to know how to do nails hurt my finger as he was removing my previous gel. He had not clue how to file, shape DO NAILS. I do my nails every two weeks (different place obviously), so I basically have ZERO CUTICLES to work on. Then WITHOUT BUFFING THE NAIL he proceeded to apply the gel. It looked HORRIBLE.. it was bumpy... so I asked him to stop and leave it like that. Just with the clear base. I went to pay for WHATEVER THEY DID...They said it was THIRTY DOLLARS. 30???????????? for removing my gel and get a FAKE NAIL TECH that has not clue how to even do a BASIC NAIL FILING!
Jasmine Estrada: I went for a pedicure. While getting my pedi a lady came up to me to start a manicure while I was finishing up with my pedi and I thought well I do kinda want my acrylics cleaned up or what not but I usually never just get a manicure I get gel x. So I gave it a try but for $44 for my nails to look like this… I’m like never again!
Jacqueline Cisneros: Ive been visiting Ricky for a year now! I never had a manicure before and needed to find someone I trusted with my hands and my brittle nails, and HE IS IT! He is so welcoming and always makes great conversation. Every time I get my nails done with him, I am so impressed at the detail and quality of his work. LOOK NO FURTHER!!! He is the best
Veronica Villegas: I have to admit, there is only one lady who does great nails in there. Everyone else is kinda clueless. However, I keep going back bc ONE of the older ladies is very gentle with my feet and toenails. Ive always had a hard time with ingrown nails and she makes it very painless. The overall result of my nails arent great but I do really appreciate that she takes the time to cut my nails properly. Thank you!
Samantha Perez: Tell me what do you see wrong before I tell you. ... ok 1st of I got my nails done on December 2nd at 9am. It looks like Ive had them for 5 days already. She did NOT fill in the nail color all the way to the skin. 2nd of all. She did NOT TAKE OFF THE DEAD SKIN! She just put some clear liquid to cover up the dry DEAD SKIN! 3rd of all.... Does this look like COFFIN shape to you? Very poor shaping n sanding. She didnt even place the nail color all the way on the side of the nails. So it looks like a "first time beginner did this" shes lucky I was in a rush for a wedding or else I would of made her do them all over. I would of waited for Kim if I knew who she was. But comes to find out she the moody mean mugging lady who doesnt make you feel welcomed. Very serious! First time & never going back. Sticking to my nail shop!
