2 /5 Nicole B: Very unhappy with this place. Read reviews that said Brian was amazing so I decided to go ahead and book with him. I had high expectations based off what I had read. He was very nice and attentive but didnt fill the acrylic to my cuticle and didnt polish my sides fully. I went back the next day to speak with the owner/manager, Lana (?) and was told she wasnt there. Lilly at the front desk was very rude, but said she would leave a note for Lana to call me. I didnt want my nails fixed, I wanted a refund and for the manager to be aware. Lana never called me, and I will not be returning. Sad because I really wanted to like this place. 3 /5 Danyell Ellis: Not my usual salon for a reason. My nail tech here didn’t ask me about the length or shape I wanted on my acrylic fills, just started going to town filing and getting the work done. Meanwhile, my sister-in-law is right next to me getting an entirely different experience. More communication but…Her nail tech couldn’t even do a stiletto shape so we had to wait for my tech to be done to finish her set. Yikes. Ultimately, my two hands were two different lengths, nails were not a uniform shape, bumpy on the surface and not the quality I expected for the price, but hey, at least the polish was okay. I still tipped because I’m not a monster, but I won’t be back.

5 /5 Christi McKeen: Visiting from out of town and they were able to get me in with little notice! Friendly staff and great atmosphere. No frills-aka they don’t offer water so don’t expect it. Prices were reasonable and nobody pushed upgrades on me, I got what I asked for. Not even once did someone ask if I wanted gel polish for my pedicure, and that’s appreciated!

1 /5 Leslie Mendez: I usually dont frequent nail salons and opt-in to do my own nails and cuticles. I visited this place because I was walking by last night around 630pm. I walked in and asked the front desk girl how much they would charge to just clean up my cuticles. She looked at the prices and said $5. The lady who assisted me did just an okay job with my cuticles, I could have actually done a better job myself. she filed my nails in a semi almond shape, and ended up breaking one of my nails.She provided a quick massage on my hands and then hands me a ticket for $23 to pay at the front . Thats not what I was quoted. I left upset and baffled at the price difference from the $5 I was quoted initially .I will never visit this salon and I recommend that you dont spend so much money this nail salon and learn to take care of your own nails.

2 /5 Cheyenne Walker: This place has really gone downhill over the last 6 months. I have been a pretty consistent regular for over a year and a half getting a manicure and a pedicure every 4 weeks. But they recently lost a lot of of their good technicians, rarely answer the phone or the text message line when trying to schedule an appointment and the friendly customer service is no longer there.
