1 /5 Kathy G: DONT COME HERE!! They are cheap especially Tony. I asked for a soak off thinking the acrylics would be soaked off (as one should). He ripped the acrylics off using a card. IT HURT. He ripped my natural nails under making it brittle and soft. I dont wish this upon anybody, if they try doing this to you. Yank your nails back. Licensed nail techs should NOT be doing that!!! It may be cheaper but its not worth ruining your nails for that kind of service. This was the worst service Ive ever gotten, and will NOT be coming back.

1 /5 Maida Celedón: I went for acrylic nails, they said they do that. I doubt the powder was acrylic… but anyways. Then they said it was extra to do gel polish. First of all, I’ve never been to a salon that offers regular polish on acrylic nails! So the polish will chip in a few days and you’ll have the acrylic exposed? Doesn’t make sense. Second of all, polish on powder should never be gel but shellac. Either way, I paid extra and now a week later both my polish and whatever powder that was, are chipped. In all my years getting my nails done, have I experienced any of this, no matter how cheap the place was (and this wasn’t mega cheap either).

The staff was very friendly and professional. The shop was very clean and well maintained to the highest standard of cleanness. Enjoyed my foot and nail day while in California, we will return for sure! Off to enjoy this beautiful sunny day at the beaches. Hubs enjoyed his pedicure and chair massage! Nicole B: Very unhappy with this place. Read reviews that said Brian was amazing so I decided to go ahead and book with him. I had high expectations based off what I had read. He was very nice and attentive but didnt fill the acrylic to my cuticle and didnt polish my sides fully. I went back the next day to speak with the owner/manager, Lana (?) and was told she wasnt there. Lilly at the front desk was very rude, but said she would leave a note for Lana to call me. I didnt want my nails fixed, I wanted a refund and for the manager to be aware. Lana never called me, and I will not be returning. Sad because I really wanted to like this place. When tom got to the phone I asked if he was available that day and if not when was his next availability, he immediately said “ no Im busy all week” with a nasty tone! I understand if he is busy but he could have helped me find another day but with his tone and the response I got I will take my business elsewhere!

jennifer patino: I never personally enjoy writing reviews about places because I would just rather not go again after a bad experience… however , I want to just warn people . I went in for a regular pedicure and everything was going well. The guy was filing my toe nail and it BURNED but I didn’t speak up because he was going fast so I didnt think to do it … however , after awhile I felt tingly in my toe area … below my toe … like near my bone … it looked like I got bit from something and it was TINGLY. I told him and the girls “ I think I’m having a reaction” … they ultimately blamed me and said they didn’t do anything and how I hit my foot before coming in… basically minimizing me and saying I was wrong and it was my fault and that they didn’t do anything.i was polite and respectful, however the owner made me feel uncomfortable and SHOCKED that she told me it was my fault … mind you I’ve been going there for awhile. Anyways- I just wanna warn people that if something happens where a woopsie, or they accidentally do something to you (maybe a scrape/cut/etc) they will blame you . they don’t take accountability. I still wanted my toes down but they kicked me out…. My toe btw went down . They told me I did it to myself and I hurt my foot before coming in. WRONG. My swelling went away after I stopped the pedicure . I can’t believe I’m having to write this . I just don’t want someone to experience something then be told “ it was your fault , not ours.” Be careful unfortunately.

Carolina Southy: Worst nail salon ever! The guy that PRETENDED to know how to do nails hurt my finger as he was removing my previous gel. He had not clue how to file, shape DO NAILS. I do my nails every two weeks (different place obviously), so I basically have ZERO CUTICLES to work on. Then WITHOUT BUFFING THE NAIL he proceeded to apply the gel. It looked HORRIBLE.. it was bumpy... so I asked him to stop and leave it like that. Just with the clear base. I went to pay for WHATEVER THEY DID...They said it was THIRTY DOLLARS. 30???????????? for removing my gel and get a FAKE NAIL TECH that has not clue how to even do a BASIC NAIL FILING!

So I gave it a try but for $44 for my nails to look like this… I’m like never again!

However, I keep going back bc ONE of the older ladies is very gentle with my feet and toenails. Ive always had a hard time with ingrown nails and she makes it very painless. The overall result of my nails arent great but I do really appreciate that she takes the time to cut my nails properly. Thank you!
