1 /5 Lizzy K: I have been patient with Dr.B for last 4 years. I had overall good experience but I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this service. 1) I made appointments with Dr.B but sometimes random doctor shows up instead of Dr.B. I understand Dr.B might had some other urgency but there was no heads up and it alarmed me couple of times. This is not trustworthy. 2) Their office is always extremely busy and unorganized. It is countless that I needed to call them or ask my insurance company to call them or fax them because of INCORRECT BILLINGS. I was charged for preventive cares multiple times and I needed to call them and contact insurance company. 3) Every time I had any issue with billings or insurance coverage, I couldnt get it fixed. You just get what they give you and thats all. Ive been put on hold so many times and then the office promised a call back but the office never called me back. You always need to follow-up with them and explain your problem repetitively. Its like they are avoiding you and waiting for you to get tired and give up.

5 /5 Angela Reveles: Dr. Lara was great! The scheduler wasnt very nice. She wasnt honest about the doctor being behind so I can reschedule if needed too, or come back waited two hours. I have a special needs child to attend too. I am very thankful for Dr. Lara:)

Carlos Amador: Dr I visited is very good but support staff are awful. Called repeatedly over two days to cancel and reschedule leaving messages and no return call. Spent over 20 minutes on hold 1st day , and 10 minutes 2nd with no one answering line. Left messages with my name and phone number requesting a return call and have not received a return call. Finally called another office and spike to a receptionist who reminded me I missed visit and I explained why while asking for help scheduling a visit and was told she could not help yet she was able to see I had missed a visit? I eventually gave up waiting for help and drove to clinic. The staff at front desk who appeared to be new informed me I had been dialing wrong number. I showed them appointment card with number I had been dialing and they repeated that it was wrong number. I then dialed it after placing it on speaker and they were able to hear voice mail stating Ive reached progeny and gave options to press for different clinics. The response was I dont know where you got that but the number on card I just gave you is correct number. Im dumbfounded?

Mustafa: The check-in process was fast and smooth. We did not have to wait too long for the doctor after being taken to the room. The lady at the reception and the doctor were both very nice, helpful, and informative. The doctor explained the illness thoroughly, including what needed to be done during and after treatment. The treatment was quick, and we received our prescription without any issues. However, the only problem was the male nurse named Guillermo. He did not explain anything and expected us to understand and follow the procedures without guidance. He was extremely rude and even said to my 16-year-old son, “Are you special?”—a degrading comment implying that my son didn’t understand a procedure that had not been explained at all. His behavior was completely unprofessional, rude, and neglectful. He is definitely not suited for his position.

Cheryl Chan: Dr. Wei is always patient, detail and warm. I got so nervous about my diagnostic and needing for surgery. She comfort me, holding my hands and assure to me that everything is ok. This means a lot a lot to me. Dr. Wei performed the surgery and I recovered well. Scars are minimal. She really got good heart and hands. Plus she is so pretty. Everyone in the office is very friendly and welcoming. Victoria always there to chat with me to makes me feel comfortable. I really do recommend Dr. Wei. She treated her patient like family members.

Also if you need a little extra in bed, American Male Med. staff is top notch. The Dr. Is straight honest and informative. I imagine they have saved many marriages. Dont accept the norm. Fix the problem, and live your life the way you want it to be. You will feel better and live better. If you are questioning this decision, take a chance for you.
