5 /5 Jason Williams: I went in for a colonoscopy, not exactly a fun process. The entire care team at UCI were incredible. From the second you arrive, parking is free, you are greeted by a friendly receptionist who checks you in and guides you where to go. Then upon check in at the procedure desk, Thuy is amazing, super kind and informative. Then you are walked back to your hospital bed. My nurse team were great and super kind. Dr. Albers is absolutely amazing, he even called me himself the night before to review the procedure. He went through in detail what was going to take place and injected some humor to make it an easy process. I wasnt feeling well before the procedure so the nurses did everything they could to make me feel better. Dr. Albers asked the anesthesiologist to give me some fluids. Dr. Han who was my anesthesiologist, was the best! She is super kind and came to give me fluids, explained the process and wheeled me into the procedure room herself. She then told me how I would feel once the anesthesia was administered. I woke up feeling great, got dressed and went home. I know its their job but, this group of Healthcare professionals are truly amazing! I highly recommend UCI and I have to say, please get your colonoscopy done. Dr. Albers and his team are saving lives.

1 /5 Marcela Navarrete: They forced Alexis Lorenze to receive 3 vaccines before they would treat her. The vaccines had nothing to do with her condition!! She has been left with dark purple “spots” all over her body, temporarily blind, and is fighting for her life. This place is commuting murder and needs to be shut down!!!

1 /5 Pars: Got a referral and want to schedule an appointment? Good luck! I’ve spent the past month trying to get JUST my referral looked at & sent to the genetics department. Turns out they closed my referral without even calling me or anyone else; super cool guys!

Monica Moulder: Dr. Seymour has been mine and my husband Patrick’s primary care physician since August 2024, and we couldn’t be more grateful to have found her. Moving to California from Las Vegas, we were nervous about finding a new doctor, but Dr. Seymour exceeded all of our expectations and more. I’ve never had a primary care doctor as attentive, compassionate, and genuinely caring as Dr. Seymour. She is truly one of a kind, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have her in our corner. Not only is her demeanor warm, sweet, and pleasant, but she is also extremely knowledgeable and thorough. She has helped me navigate numerous health challenges with unwavering support (most recently I was sick abroad and helped guide me and as soon as I came home she took over care), always going above and beyond to ensure I feel cared for and confident in my treatment. Dr. Seymour has redefined what primary care should be—she is my go-to for everything. I know that’s what primary care is supposed to feel like, but she’s the first doctor who has truly embodied that role for me. In a time when medical care in America feels increasingly impersonal, Halcyon and Dr. Seymour shine as the brightest and most reassuring stars. Mustafa: The check-in process was fast and smooth. We did not have to wait too long for the doctor after being taken to the room. The lady at the reception and the doctor were both very nice, helpful, and informative. The doctor explained the illness thoroughly, including what needed to be done during and after treatment. The treatment was quick, and we received our prescription without any issues. However, the only problem was the male nurse named Guillermo. He did not explain anything and expected us to understand and follow the procedures without guidance. He was extremely rude and even said to my 16-year-old son, “Are you special?”—a degrading comment implying that my son didn’t understand a procedure that had not been explained at all. His behavior was completely unprofessional, rude, and neglectful. He is definitely not suited for his position.

Cheryl Chan: Dr. Wei is always patient, detail and warm. I got so nervous about my diagnostic and needing for surgery. She comfort me, holding my hands and assure to me that everything is ok. This means a lot a lot to me. Dr. Wei performed the surgery and I recovered well. Scars are minimal. She really got good heart and hands. Plus she is so pretty. Everyone in the office is very friendly and welcoming. Victoria always there to chat with me to makes me feel comfortable. I really do recommend Dr. Wei. She treated her patient like family members.

R murillo: If you are feeling sluggish, and you are over 50. I can not emphasize it more that you should at least try testosterone therapy. Life will change for you no doubt. Take a test to find out. Also if you need a little extra in bed, American Male Med. staff is top notch. The Dr. Is straight honest and informative. I imagine they have saved many marriages. Dont accept the norm. Fix the problem, and live your life the way you want it to be. You will feel better and live better. If you are questioning this decision, take a chance for you. Then tell a friend, and help other men dealing with this.

My experience is paying bills for months after a simple visit. I would rather be sick than be burdened with the bills.

Jody Lee: As this company has grown the care for human pain, suffering, & time has become completely nonexistent. Specialist take months sometimes 6+ to get appointments for then they get canceled because that doctor no longer works there. Then you get a new doctor after seeing fill ins & nurse practitioners & you show up to your appointment to be told sorry we forgot to call you to tell you he isnt in today. For a year my husband & I have been going through this. I think its time to find a new system to try & fight through because after a year we fill especially with his care we have made zero progress & he just keeps getting worse because there doesnt seem to be a doctor available to treat him. St Joseph Heslth should be ashamed of themselves. When my doctor joined them back in the 90s the care was still the same high level & standard as a private doctors office. However as this network has grown it has become worse than Kaiser.
