3 /5 Mustafa: The check-in process was fast and smooth. We did not have to wait too long for the doctor after being taken to the room. The lady at the reception and the doctor were both very nice, helpful, and informative. The doctor explained the illness thoroughly, including what needed to be done during and after treatment. The treatment was quick, and we received our prescription without any issues. However, the only problem was the male nurse named Guillermo. He did not explain anything and expected us to understand and follow the procedures without guidance. He was extremely rude and even said to my 16-year-old son, “Are you special?”—a degrading comment implying that my son didn’t understand a procedure that had not been explained at all. His behavior was completely unprofessional, rude, and neglectful. He is definitely not suited for his position.

5 /5 Kimberly Pruitt: Dr. Brent Tatomir and Guillermo in the back office were wonderful to me today. I received prompt service, they were attentive to all of my questions and needs, and they were kind and compassionate to me when I was not feeling well. I started my antibiotics and I am on the road to recovery now. Why spend hours in an emergency room being exposed to God knows what when you can be taken care of quickly and get home to rest! I will also not need to worry about huge medical bills coming from the hospital and ALWAYS non-contracted emergency room physician. I highly recommend this urgent care facility.

5 /5 Jenna Stout: They do some blood tests in there so you do not need to go separately which is great! Candice was nice and thoughtful with my concerns. A lot of doctors seem to just want you out of there, but she took her time in addressing my issues.

4 /5 Caroline Ko: The medical professionals were fantastic a 5️⃣⭐️! I I was discharged yesterday around 7pm. However my prescription was not sent for approval until around 2pm this afternoon. 3/9/25 Everyone here was fabulous and efficient. I did not have an appointment and was still seen rather quickly! Sandy was super nice and professional. She also wished me a happy birthday! Ashley was professional and listened carefully to my concerns. Reggie made me feel comfortable and took my vitals quickly!

5 /5 Kon Winn: I like the fact that The minute you come into the door there Is no wait time and you are Seen. The staff here are professional, and I was able to receive medical care within five minutes of walking into thedoors. Dr. Candice and nurses go beyond their job description and that is highly appreciated.
