5 /5 Irma Dimas: Dr. Kim is the best, whenever we need him his office is always able to accommodate our needs with immediate apts. Office always returns calls, sends orders to pharmacy and referrals to medical group promptly. Thank you Dr. Kim and office staff.

1 /5 Jay: Other staff members were all very friendly, but the woman at the front desk today(4/24) was very rude and seemed to have an attitude as if she was above everything. She was the same person I spoke to on the phone a few weeks ago when I made the reservation, and even then, I felt uncomfortable with her tone. Both the male doctor and the other female staff were great. It’s because of the woman at the front desk that I want to give only 1 star. (I don’t want to give even 1 star, but I have to, so I’m leaving one.)

1 /5 Meh Ya: I am not sure who is doctor there. I spent time there like 15 min talking to RN and 1 min with the doctor.. No calls for test results or appointment set up when there was clear indication of ongoing negative changes on lab test results .. However they aggressively followed up on some optional test the doctor recommend for me to take.. i think they also have communication problem internally, interpreting documents and sharing patients info. stay away from this place if you are looking for a good care from DR!
