Izma Aslam: I’ve been going to Sandy for a couple years now. The first time I met her, I told her exactly how I wanted my eyebrows to be. After telling her once, she always remembered that I like them thick and not thin, I never had to remind her over and over again. As for your clients, it’s important to hear them and remember how they like their stuff to be done and she exceeds it all the time without having to tell her every visit. She’s super sweet and always is there to listen to every detail when it comes to shaping or cleaning up your brows. She’s amazing and affordable. Her salon is always sanitized and cleaned. You may catch her mopping the floors and wiping down the chairs while you visit her, because she makes sure everyone is safe and healthy!

She has done my hair, powder brows, and I just recently tried a fat dissolving treatment under my chin, that I’m loving. I’m always happy with all the services I have gotten from her. I definitely recommend her, and you won’t be disappointed. 10/10

I went in today and asked for just eyebrow threading. I dont know what I did to the person providing the service but it was awful. She kept roughly hitting my face with her hand and sliding the thread against my skin (not threading, just when sliding the thread across) which hurt horribly. Not the way its supposed to be done either. When she went to switch sides, she elbowed my head somehow and didnt apologize or acknowledge it. Then handed me the mirror and snatched it out of my hand. She said something passive aggressive when handing me the mirror as well.
I was genuinely in shock after that. Ive never ever experienced this bad of a customer service. Is there a way to have them reviewed? I dont think you should be hitting your customers.
Ive been coming here since they opened, and this place has just lost its quality of service after hiring new people. I will never go here again and Im warning you to stop going before you have a bad experience like this too.
Joanna Cretella: Krystal does a great job with my lashes! Shes done multiple different styles for me for different occasions and always knocks it out of the park. She really listens to what you want. My lashes look great through about 3 weeks. Highly recommend!
