1 /5 Amber C: DO NOT GO HERE! I went in today and asked for just eyebrow threading. I dont know what I did to the person providing the service but it was awful. She kept roughly hitting my face with her hand and sliding the thread against my skin (not threading, just when sliding the thread across) which hurt horribly. Not the way its supposed to be done either. When she went to switch sides, she elbowed my head somehow and didnt apologize or acknowledge it. Then handed me the mirror and snatched it out of my hand. She said something passive aggressive when handing me the mirror as well. I was genuinely in shock after that. Ive never ever experienced this bad of a customer service. Is there a way to have them reviewed? I dont think you should be hitting your customers. Ive been coming here since they opened, and this place has just lost its quality of service after hiring new people. I will never go here again and Im warning you to stop going before you have a bad experience like this too.

5 /5 rebecca raezada: Went for a facial few days ago and had a very relaxing experience. The facial lady knew her job. The facility is exceptionally clean, serene and really helps you unwind. Recommend the facial and facility.

1 /5 Huda Mahmood: I went in for eyebrow threading this evening and Manu did my eyebrows. I went in with a good eyebrows that just needed to be cleaned and specifically told her DONT make them thin and keep my arch, but she did NOT listen and made them round and thin!! I reminded her twice during the process to please slow down and don’t remove too much hair. I grew my eyebrows for 2 months!! Please HIRE better staff or you’ll lose your entire clientele. It’s sad that their old employees have left, this place just lost a 4 year old customer. Warning all my friends who go here!

1 /5 Arvina Bans: This review is for one person in particular named Manu. This is the second time she ruined my eyebrow. You go in with a good eyebrow that just needs to be cleaned and specifically tell her not to make it thin and keep it arched but you will come out with the worst eyebrow. She WILL make it thin, rounder and out of shape. Last time she did that, I had to let it grow and go back and had another girl fix it. I drove there today hoping its not this Manu lady and it WAS her there only and i needed my eyebrows done so I thought Ill give her another chance BUT she ruined my eyebrows again!! So frustrating!!!! She made it think, round(not arched) and ugly!!

4 /5 Shweta Verma: I have been going to Pearl Beauty Boutique since before Covid. People changed over the years but service quality has remained the same, atleast for me. In many recent visits, Manu helped with different services. I like her work so far. My go to place for eyebrow threading and facial. I wish though that eyebrow threading cost could go down again which was doubled during covid. Otherwise happy with everything i got done here so far, overall.
